Adios, El Paso! (pencil rendering)

Way back before my hand ever touched a mouse and looked at a monitor, I had my hand on pencils, pens, real airbrushes, paint brushes, and so on.

My friend Jose Rodriguez was the drivers licensed suspended subject matter in this pencil drawing I did back in 1983. He was the true hispanic version of Pigpen (not kidding here) and as I drove his jeep with Aoxomoxoa in the tape deck, our other buddy Bob (riding shotgun) turned around and snapped his pic. His rider didn't hide his bottle very well that day. We were indeed about 15 miles north of El Paso in the badlands of New Mexico (we all attended New Mexico State University, about 30 miles north of El Paso).

I took a pic of this drawing with my cell phone camera, and emailed it to myself and so what you see is a watered down version of the crisp original. This is my acoustic art. No plug in necessary. Thanks for taking a look.
