our dog, "Cosmic Charlie"........in my husband's hotrod 1928 Ford roadster.......he found us (Lost Sailor?) in NM this past January coming home from a business road trip......took us 2 days to think of a name for him...........at last-it was playing a rendition of Phil Lesh & friends "Cosmic Charlie".........well,,,, DUH !!!! that's him!
Pigpen is mentioned here & there among the posts! There was a whole bunch on his birthday & a newer one under NRPS....glad you like Charlie.....everyone does, 'cept when he growls or barks @ someone-just like a dog......He's a "res" dog.......(reservation)
Gypsy Cowgirl
the one ear flopped down, one on alert look he has GC. Looks like he belongs right where he is sitting. HeeHee thought that seems to be a dog-trait, eh? Looking like they belong exactly where they are at the moment?

His Native American name (as he came to us from a reservation) is Charlie One Ear. Vet said it could've been from a bite, either mosquito or another animal. With no medical attention, that's what happened. No one on the res knew or recognized him & he wanted to go with us. At least he didn't turn into coyote meat, we have a great dog in return & he loves to ride in the Roadster.....xoxo Gypsy Cowgirl
