Wanted to do a drawing incorporating a wave and somehow some dancers ended up in it. First they were on the beach, then I started thinking about the lyrics to Scarlet Begonias. And lo and behold, I added a moon for the "light" and why the heck not put those dancing girls up on the wave. In time I plan to add more dancers and meld them into the waves as though they are part of the wave itself.

Terrapin: Full moon rises every Aug 1. Tides rise in dance until Aug 9 at midnight, & as the crazy rooster crows the moon will set.
