RRE is excellent. Great originals and fantastic covers. Probably one of the best "Terrapin Stations" I've heard outside of the Dead family

I have been digging this band for about two weeks now.And I have one thing to say WOW,,, I havent been this exitited since the first time I heard uncle johns band. They are the real thing I cant wait to see some of there shows.

RRE

I met RRE in Denver in 2002, they put on a great show and are an awesome bunch of guys. Gayle runs an amazing street team of Hobos!

Meanwhile, I heartily recommend this fine story by our own bsclowds. I particularly like the bit about the sacrament of live music.

Good article Mary, thanks for the link.
"...is that there’s a sense of interaction in that we try to mix it up and do different things from night to night,"
this was a big part in The Dead's magic spell I believe, and fortunately Railroad Earth shares this unbridled enthusiasm with us.
And as long as we're reading off the Rex page, don't forget to check out -

rre is amazing:) a great

rre is amazing:) a great band to see live..if u get the chance dont miss them

neat group

ekoostik hookah isn't a bad band to listen to ... bob weir has played with them at their hookaville weekend festival ... they play their own jams as well as doing a great job playing a decent cover tunes of the most unique tunes (i.e. pink floyd "echoes" or canned heat "going up the country" or allman bros "blue skies")
