Interests: avid reader, expanding musician, biking, running or just laying around somewhere quiet with my wife having a laugh or two..., Summer Music Festival Season!!, (10K Lakes)
About Me: I continue to grow my tree of musical knowledge and nurture it daily. My roots stem from every direction but going as far back as I can remember it was the Brits that first drew me to my love of music. The Beatles, The Who and even Jethro Tull were favorites but it was in the summer of 1978 that I discovered Grateful Dead. It was a skeleton playing a violin that drew me to Blues for Allah. I set the album onto the turntable and from the first notes of Help on The Way, I was on my way!
Since then I've expanded my love over the years to include all of the Jazz greats, New Orleans groove music, some singer songwriter stuff and most recently the Jambands.
Its been 25 years so far watching this amazing community evolve. I look forward to the next 25 and all its manifestations.
