This was my first show and
This was my first show and an incredible performance with the Scarlet, Music, Crazy early first set placement and the amazing St Stephen (first since 1971) -> Eyes. Check out the instrumental beginning to Eyes. Dave Davis
Breaking the Ice (Nine)
My first show as well after missing out on the Philly shows in '73 & '74 due to prior commitments. How appropriate that for my first show my tix were in the LAST ROW! No matter, I was right where I was supposed to be...

How Weird
And of course how appropriate to be accompanied by my pal Howard, who I had sat near & heckled Slade with at a Kingfish show in Trenton summer of '75 before we actually met for real a few months later at NYU! Had one of those flashes...we knew each other looked familiar & finally figured it out. Mahogany Rush & Nils Lofgren were pretty cool, though. Everyone left after Kingfish & before Aerosmith, the headliner.
