fight?
wasn't this the show where a fight broke out right near the end and Bill came up and grabbed a mike stand and swung it into the crowd? Put a bit of a damper on what had been a great show.
Fight
As I recall it, in the middle of Casey Jones, a fan went over the security barricade in front of the stage. The security guards started tearing into him. Bobby took his mic stand and swung at the security guys. He said something to the effect of " Stop punching our F***ing audience". He then refused to start the music until the security guys left the front of the stage. They left, the song continued. I've always wanted to hear a tape of this show, and this portion, but have never found it...
I did think it was a couple of years after this time however...but the date was never as important as the event in my mind!!
