Got Issues With Your Store Order?

Not to put too fine a point on it, for all the people whose experience with purchasing Road Trips or other Store releases has been just exactly perfect, there have been quite a few debacles, any one of which would be pretty unacceptable, and a lot of folks are quite justifiably upset.

Let's just say everyone concerned wants a)to fix things and b)to prevent this kind of stuff from happening in the future.

Consequently, after a good deal of conversation in the background, I am pleased to report that an actual human at Iventa, the fulfillment company, has stepped up with a strong commitment to getting, and making, this stuff right.

Her name is Casson Kauffman, she's a customer service representative, she's done well by the folks who have contacted her so far, and her email, which I post with her permission, is:

casson.kauffman@iventa.com

I, and she, encourage any of you who are having Issues to contact her directly, as that will probably be more effective than posting in the forums. If you post about it here or elsewhere in the forums, I'll pass it to her eventually, but it sometimes takes a while for me to get to every post in every topic so the direct path may be better.

Thank you. We are very sorry for the aggravation. Furthur.

In The News

Over in the News section, a guest user friend has pointed out that the two TV stations listed as Boston, MA are not at all Boston stations, and are not viewable in Boston. He lives in there and is a PBS watcher, and says that WEKW and WENH are in New Hampshire and not viewable in Boston at all. and that no PBS stations in North America are WMP+, not even in Maryland.
