I believe the form stated clearly that it would take 6-8 weeks. Since the final date to send in was July 20th, it seems August 31st is the earliest you should have expecting something, and they won't miss the target they promised until after September 14th. They didn't say why it would take that long, but they DID say that it would take that long. So, I don't think black hole is fair for a while yet.

I was wondering if anyone who sent in for a refund has heard anything. Normally I wouldn't bother but since I overpaid by about $500 for six tickets (two each night - Chicago) and not being made out of money I sent for my refund - and it's like I sent those tickets off into a black hole. Just wondering if anyone else did the same. take care, connie

Greetings all! Was very fortunate to score tix for both SF shows. Bought 2 on Ebay for 250 a pair. Got two on ticketmaster general sale yesterday...logged in right a 10:00 spin cycle for about a 30 seconds... and 2 tix popped up....75 dollar face value with fees, taxes and shipping they were 200 a pair! Feel very lucky to be able to see shows a this historic venue that only holds 7000 people!! Tix on secondary market are not much above face and are available!! Peace!!
