DiP 19, Disc 3. - Given that much of my listening is on/through my desktop I finally treated myself to a iFi ZenDAC3 headphone amp w/ iFi 5 volt external power supply. Just arrived and thought I'd take one of my favorite passages of all time for a spin. Headphones are Sennheiser HD650s. It is glorious.

Buffalo 9th of May 1977, the day after the Cornell show, & some say it's even better.
There are practically no tracks in common, so it's good to hear both of them.
I recorded Buffalo to my computer from Archive, but I find it strange that there's no released separate copy. The bundled limited edition of New Haven, Boston, Cornell & Buffalo is fine if you don't mind spending about $500. - bluecrowJoined:5/12/77 Auditorium Theatre

E: Johnny B Goodeout of this world - beautiful. A favorite sequence from Spring '77 and just in general.
Earlier a DH friend stopped by unexpected. He hasn't really been purchasing archival releases over the last few years. Whipped up some dinner and we listened to 4/16/78 Huntington WV. It was awesome (both dinner and the music) and now he's gonna buy the Friend of the Devils box.
