words…..why why why so many floating searching seeking falling tripping slipping groping feeling stabbing cutting blunting crushing killing all around like smoke it smells like the thing it used to be and swirls around itself making patterns breaking rules taking fools along for a ride up up up and around through and out without knowing seeing hearing glaring starring till the cloud is just dust falling and calling scalding and balding the surface of everything we see

    My magnetic life
The sky is the ocean above our little lobster heads. The waves of clouds create, the waves of clouds move to make the wind and the sea bed. Formations of rock and stone from the surgical whisp whirling and swirling fumbling and twirling as it whistles through and around my head. Feelings of harsh sincerity harsh reality and harsh naivety rush to me. These feelings, they rush right through me consuming all of what I thought I knew. Consuming all of who I thought to be true. Now I am left swimming here, and crawling here, in this ocean of atmospheric pressure. It relentlessly keeps pushing itself down on me. My shoulders ache, my head aches, and my stomache screams. I don't think my compulsions or my con-vul-sions could have kept me from something so emancipated and inhumane. This distraught loss I feel I have suffered is now a new awakening. My life is nothing but materialistic. I thought these things had meaning and purpose, but what is purpose without a soul? It's a vicious cycle with my footprint stamped in time. From a single seed I grew, now 5 feet 8 inches tall and left with an empty soul. Degredation stemming from the 11th hour. It is our time now to shine. This generation of ours so behind. Industry came on the e-train and the time has come for it to go again. Deep within I have found another way to be free. It's this bright light that shines so deep into my eyes. Blinded by this path of perfection that I had to be. But this light, with it's scathing little intricacies and delicasies and in-for-malities. Inside we must learn. Inside we must grow. Inside we must follow. This little winding road, that twists and turns until silence overcomes. We must watch as the ground below us slowly dissolves away, slowly spreads itself and connects in so many forms. Staggered little dots creating this painting of the big picture. We have no idea where the earth and sky meet, there is no line beneath my feet, and this... rocky path. My fingertips extending into this distant whistling ocean in the sky. The clouds, like waves, rumble and roll atop my head in my magnetic life. ~littlebri

Mom, how you made my world sing:With stories of the Summer of Love in Frisco and everything; About supergroups you saw when they were brand new; About Jerry and the Boys living next door to you. With characters like Leary, Kenyon, and Steve Miller, What more could you ask for, sounds like a thriller. The experiment seemed such a sucess, I wish it were true That society evolved at the pace you all set it to. Down at the Purple Onion, Steve Miller jammin' Indian style, Pigpen beltin' out the blues if only for a while. Joni Mitchell on the wall, shy as a mouse, Janis and Big Brother tearing down the house. Must have been a trip as a working artist in that town. I can remember the SF scene from my perspective near the ground. The change in the air, it seemed like revolution; The times since then seem such a dilution. I wish I could go back and live it for a while, Seems like I'd have a permanent A-time smile. That groove you all set, it still lingers on, Though the torchbearers seem all but gone. When Jerry went, I felt a part of me go. Now that you're gone, it seems like the end of the show. But I realize this is the hardest part of the test, Cause when things get rough, you've got to be at your best. We are the torchbearers, it's our turn to fly. The world we live in is our alibi. It's our song now and we get to sing it, So don't be afraid, just get out there and wing it.

Unless chaos rules constant the lives of men, My future must certain my past replevin. And ere yet I finish, with gainful intent, Applying my craft, with respect due dissent. Giving metre it's purpose and weaving with rhyme, So that men might gain focus from years worn with time. Fact past and present, forevre entwined, With one common purpose, continuation of kind. Or how about something really dark and dismal...we're talking a fat bummer... Loneliness is a force that steals life's precious moments drop by drop, bled to the beat of drumming angst, frustration, or resignation. The unfulfilling satiation of the flesh and the paring of hope from the bleeding exposed bone. Mis-spent minutes fade to hours, then to years, stoicly plodding towards death. The hearts magic tickle grows fainter as dreams become worn memories. Unrequited fantasy, unparalleled waking excitement feed secret longing and desparate hope. Longed for visons and possibilities demand unanswered devoted action and grow the black fruit of bitterness and envy. The answer to the heart's cry goes unheard by ears straining to hear as its muffled voice is kept wrapt in a bloody woolen rag. The pulse, once spurred to beat so strongly and quickly, rising to the moment in anticipation, grows stagnant and thready. Its purpose never realised, the flesh it fed, only filling out form, shrinks without filling the mold. Time grinds the bones towards dust. Grasping fingers claw for any hold as the fall from potential reality accelerates the backwards plunge into the dark anonymous abyss. So many others falling, all in silence, each alone. Each grasping and straining to hear the muffled voice wrapt in a bloody woolen rag.

The White snow mountain in the center depicts the land of the great nation of Tibet. The six red rays emanating from the sun symbolize the six original peoples of Tibet: the Se, Mu, Dong, Tong, Dru, and Ra. The blue rays symbolize the commitment to spirtual and secular rule. The pair of snow-lions symbolize the complete victory of the spiritual and secular rule. The three-sided yellow border reresents the flourishing of the Buddha’s teachings. The side without a border represents Tibet’s openness to non Buddhist thought. The raised jewel symbolizes Tibet’s reverence for the three Precious Gems: the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha.

Magic in the Valley It was the summer of 85 and I was feeling very alive Dancing with the Dead and spacing in my head With an audience of pine trees and rain clouds Weaving through the mass of swirling crowds As the band left the stage for the first set break My mind was peaking with all I could take I slowed to a small bouncing rhythmic twirl And then I saw the most beautiful girl She wore a pink and blue dress As she danced amid the mess She had flowers in her hair And her dirty feet were bare It seemed as if we were completely alone Then I hear the theme of the “Twilight Zone” She whispers to me “Women are Smarter” And that was the second set starter She vanished somewhere during the song So I just keep on trucking along And finished out the show that night Remembering her smile, what a lovely sight The second show was anything but one more Saturday night The band was so in touch it gave me a fright The energy kept on growing as well as my smile I two stepped and half stepped for what seemed like a mile As I was grooving along with the sound of drums From out of nowhere here she comes Her smile alight like a lost sailors beacon I knew that she held all I was seeking She breathed “Dear Mr. Fantasy” into my ear And at that very moment Jerry shifts into gear The sweet melodic twangs of his steel guitar Take me to a place quite distant and far She looked deep in my eyes in a special way And said “I need a miracle every day” We kept on dancing as she called out the tunes Next song they play will be “Stella Blue” As she named “Throwing Stones” I felt a chill in my bones And I thought “What are the odds, Is she a messenger from the gods?” “Not Fade Away” will be the end of the set But don’t worry it is not over yet This dark haired beauty with big brown eyes Was guiding the music to my total surprise For an encore she paused and then said with a wink We will hear “US Blues” I think But “Brokedown Palace” was the encore song How could my angel get it wrong? She frowned then smiled and laughed so sweet And said, Well “Us Blues” would have been neat But hey, I can’t always be right Maybe that one’s tomorrow night Then without a sound she twirled away Leaving me alone with a touch of gray I will never forget that magical night in June With the fallen angel of “Name that Tune” Tim

1Have you ever been so happy to see these boys arriving with their truckloads full of music, and their eyes just shining? Yes,I see the questionmark twirling round your head the answer is,my unknown friend, here came to Grateful Dead. Refrain:And we are the people allways waiting for our Boys first song which grabs us from the start and makes all dance along We are just funny cosmic hobos, and were proud to be The Deads own gand who allways tryin to spread harmony 2.Thousand languages are spoken on our planet earth but only one is understood by everyone who cares Its the golden notes of Jerrys guitar playin with the band and when this tunes sets in wer happy like little kids in wonderland Refrain:Thats because we are the people who allways wait for another note of Grateful music that were sharing and the lyrics we can quote so like i told you we are hobos from the world of sound proud to be the Deads own gang, were allways be around.

Mirror the mind infinite, reflect the heart eternal, thus begins the vision within Witness a fabled constellation, internalize anonymity, simple as a star. Daylight's inclusive pure view, interpenetrated its after-land's firmament Mortal sun Integrated in a glimmer's intuitive after fade. Bringing beginning's upon this spectrum of definition Intricate insights, return unto an ever present simplicity. Transcribe the gradual dissipation, naively neutralize what was once Solitude, forgiven in reflection, of blessed senses, Ah compassionate heart and gentle mind. Where forth to be seen, agreeing at eye contact, this colorful uniqueness. The beholder transcends the rain of tears, absolving specks, planks, and splinters. Let heaven be, its own reflection, nightfall fades closer Spontaneous consideration, They're to be here, they're to be accepted

No Left Turn Unstoned (Cardboard Cowboy/The Monster)Lyrics By: Phil Lesh When the cardboard cowboy dreams and his cornucopia Opens up the sky and blows my mind to the corners of [Far in bar rent shine] running beneath high trembling dove Leaving me transfixed and raving in the wake of the hammer blow On my way out of town I stumbled on the shards of a hungry [scream] And further up into the backdoor circle, where the [power and crystal sea] [Could this go rise by all allow brater] on the strength of an anguished sigh And a paranoid re-entry blanket flies sleeping on a sling shot ride As my patchwork [world/quilt] unravels, I ramble yes too high [From the looping antrobus with his magic meant so high] Shining out a masquerade from dawn to alpha plus Watching mashed potatoes dribble in the heat of reality's earth [For the intro doom from] running to him It wasn't ever so Turns the wall into the sky above me, there is no place to run

THE ONLY ONE (Fingers/Ogilvie) It makes you so angry, You rage and rage again But you can't spit it outside, it's bottled in your brain You feel it in the darkness, the rage inside you grow And you know you're a stranger, in the room below (Chorus:) There are no words to say just what it is you mean But if you feel it's real it's real it's real It makes you so angry, why can't they see red? Can no-one else imagine, what can't be said? You try to put it over, but that gets you nowhere You wouldn't have to bother, if you didn't care (Chorus) And as for all the rest, they think you're in a mess And say that the know best But you know better, you keep your temper It proves that you're still alive It makes you so angry, a rage that's all your own It makes you fell so lonely, but you're not alone For I still feel it that way, and he and she do too And it's enough for us to know, that it's enough to know. (Chorus) What you feel is real You're not the only one

Dignify the Earth Cultivate the harvest, from the heart of the earth Produce the product the producer produces. From generation to generation we remain responsible for the land Beasts will help you master the fields, a hundred oxen godspeed the plow. Wind begins without indication, elements ever forming, remain unsettled Wilderness is wild with innovation, transfiguration turned clay into productive soil. The impossible becomes probable, the stubborn furrow yields The wisdom of the land is true to the earth. Astrologers conspire to name the stars after their inventions The plow and ox, the wind and the rain are theirs to command. Swing a nine pound hammer in cadence alongside the great locomotive Itinerant spirit's share a lonely dream, like minded travelers are never again lonely. Human versatility of good intentions return them home to a peaceful life, a good life Providing for family a loving wife, children hold close the promise of tomorrow How great this creator's god simplest inspiration determine it was sunlight. The sun's abundant, blue skies never looked bluer. ----

Once it was a crimeNow it is a sacrament Times do change if you lounge about Long enough Waiting around for nothing Nothing comes too fast I am the king of nowhere Living off the scraps Of those who want it more Get there first Are a little bit hungrier Then this dreaming idiot Waiting around for nothing I feel we're almost there Setting the dogs loose On the tender hearts There's stains But they don't remain Jumping the fences Tipping the boats You could see it in his eyes His days were come and gone Now we are left to decide May we enjoy our place in Musical history The friends we've made The jokes we've shared Have served to elevate The consciousness We should all be very proud We stick together good And move on fine There is no problem Once we stop Drawing the lines

I poured my heart into a cupYou chugged it down and spit it up My knees break down and whip my soul of your dusty floor And you turned around and asked for more Mirage women Stay away from me Go run and hide within the trees yes they are all green Mirage women oh so sparklin green Thought you were there, at nothing I stare And I turned around and I saw more Sit around Try to make me frown But I'm a clown, I run a mile for a simple smile Yes I'm a clown, I run a mile for a simple smile I can run awhile till I find more But you say someday my smile will fade Then I say someday the sun may smile on your day it will be mine anyway -Eddie Howard

back to normal It was a long way down It was years until I felt My feet flaps down, And touching the ground Then I kept on going Down, down, down Into the ground Down into the fiery depths Where the wild haired Hell creatures live We sat and had a smoke But they can't leave And I had to go So up I swam Into the cosmic wind Until a place to sit Appeared under my fins So I shook off the feeling That someone was stealing me And realized I just wanted it All to work out for the best For every little bodhi Up into the sky I saw a shooting star I reached up to catch it But it flew right on by And right when I groaned And decided to miss it Here comes another Even brighter and faster Eyes glued to the sky Like some profitable scheme I learned to fly and Dream Can't hold back Just gotta say it I can't hold back Think I'm gonna dance Cause nothing good happens When I stop dancing

34 Noble Ash Transubstantiate selfless actualization In preparation for meditation, projected upon the prayer sleeve. Liberate this unsettled lament, dismissed without answer Remembrance, both seen and unseen, inactive neglect astride the cornerstone. Reconciled aspect of transfiguration, breathe life into a dying amber Bread of presence, wine of substance, incense burns at the mausoleum steps. Of wind swept away, surpassing its promise to follow Light upon water, ash upon the alter, dusk upon its even fall. Cast your name upon the cross planks, sacrificing a dying world Mastering the art of servitude, honors the rights of passage. The innocent hath suffered actions of injustice and revenge Each creature's reborn in the creation of their after-land. Of these memories recreate the inevitable Leave them here forth forever after. Please be at peace. respect the heart of the earth Lay down in the hands of new angels. Past transgressions breath outside your self the lost and found, play hide and seek

Tears of Redemption Forgive as those forgave the responsive prayers’ of no promise. The night gave way denying their anonymous sacrifice. Delicate regret of gods grey image whose randomness lacked mercy. If only they believed in how they belonged. Recognizable common ground where measured voices appease meditations resolve. Burden of paradise transcends an ancient aspect of a native garden. Wilderness drizzle free from delusions of comedy and tragedy. Useless denial that Self-truths are self-taught. A desert stream formed from a Thousand tears. Fountains of rebirth, reflection hewn from discarded cornerstone. Sagacious watercourse estuary redemption Ever flowing river of forgiveness heart’s of universal current. Tears of tranquility leave only silence Tears of atonement there’s mercy at the well

Rocky pillow where I lay my headPine boughs make my bed Dreams can die But mine aren't dead Flying to a line No one can see Truth be told Effortlessly the three poisons drift by the waterfall where I rest my thought Eye already saw and took care of this Poisons of self: desire ignorance, and anger, three Don't do nothing for me If you found the Harmony Fly be free If you've got the thirst You'll do the time Here in the dream Where love is a crime ah ah ah Is all I've got to say I agree with nothing that comes this way This mortal life to me is only the supposed existence of something other than reality I look beyond the impermanence nothing real is impermanent I turn my gaze elsewhere than this place For permanence The idea of a rose, and a man, has always been the same, and it always will, eternity it Don't ever change that is where I be Rocky pillow where I lay my head Pine boughs make my bed Dreams can die but mine aren't dead

Many human dream problemsarise from the simple error of 'out=looking' spiritual seeing is absolutely always 'in-looking' in any problematic situation, the problems I am having with my self demand 24 hour a day 7 day a week constant attention I have no time for looking out at others' faults Unless, and of course if, they ask me to My own human barrenness of affection Bites my heel and shadows my way However, in the 'in-looking' The constant insistence on the 'in-looking' leads me to the desired mountaintop And the view that is vast and total 360 degress spherically forever in all directions the mountaintop of LOVE is REAL up the steep trail of LOVE your ENEMY crowns the glory of on high breaks the prison chains and instead of discussing the vagaries of prison food from in between the bars I can say How may I help you? Have you also been caught up In the crazy 'out-looking'? May I guide your eyes Once again inside While you regain your upright stature I'll wait beside the waters

Victim or the Crime Lyrics By: Gerrit Graham Patience runs out on the junkie The dark side hires another soul Did he steal his fate or earn it Was he force-fed, did he learn it Whatever happened to his precious self control Like him I'm tired of trying to heal This tom-cat heart with which I'm blessed Is destruction loving's twin Must I choose to lose or win Maybe when my turn comes I will have guessed These are the horns of the dilemma What truth is proof against all lies When sacred fails before profane The wisest man is deemed insane Even the purest of romantics compromise What fixation feeds this fever As the full moon pales and climbs Am I living truth or rank deceiver Am I the victim or the crime Am I the victim or the crime Am I the victim or the crime Or the crime And so I wrestle with the angel To see who'll reap the seeds I sow Am I the driver or the driven Will I be damned to be forgiven Is there anybody here but me who needs to know What it is to face this fever As the full moon pales and climbs Am I living truth or rank deceiver Am I the victim or the crime Am I the victim or the crime Am I the victim or the crime Or the crime

Midnight sound bite The mountain ridges look like Interlocking fingers Folded hands With each ridge a Softer shade of blue To the peak Clothed in a cloud Weighing the options Who's gonna Make it to the end Mud and gravel make a road I walk on Cities of snails The lupine smiles Yellow butterflies Intertwine in time Dylan's crickets Still singing in rhyme How to stand clear of The beast ripping into itself Every opinion gets Swept away Into trance The pine trees slowly sway Spreading sweet balsam smell Far and wide Whispering Love has already Turned the tide Doing the math No matter how bad The fear media Says it is Love has already Turned the tide Set the error on its side And won the day Peace reigns Supreme Mossy rock Slowing water On its fall Splashing sunlight Over all.

Why would anyone want a heavenwhere all this really happened? Where the world, in all its sordid glory, Actually exists, more than in our dream, And all the terrible disasters Actually happened? I do not think many do, most seem to yearn for a reality where none of the bad happened Reality is such, none of the bad, and none of the good, of the world But what is there, we can again Call good, with a new meaning Are you fighting for a love that could ever include hate? Love is without hate, And pure; Good is without evil, And heaven is beyond and clear of This transitory dream world As it darkens smokes and dies Is there really Any one left Wondering why? We choose to appreciate or we choose to judge And the world then seen Is very much different indeed Same city, different state of mind. Do we want a reality Where all the murderous rages Are as real as the Golden Rule Or the Four Noble truths? No, those thoughtless acts of hateful ignorance never happened in heaven While all the selfless caring Acts you yourself continue Doing up to this very moment reflect the very reality That no eye can see We have all been enlightened all along And every caring act However much we try to hide it behind a gruff exterior Still reflects the eternal Spiritual reality of course you know that So what is the problem? Where is the problem? It was always Just a cloud In front of my eyes A black dot That grew too large until I couldnt see Love is the endless Deep blue sky Clouds, unreal, Pass by.

Least of Ashes Demand to die dignified it’s our birthright. Accepting terms, embracing the universal tear. O weary duration, respite in a grasp of daybreak. Gathered in the collective of noble sorrow. Immutable finality, cornerstone anon. Windward tranquility, surpassed as a shadow’s inheritance. Remains unfettered in a blessed sense of neutrality. This is it, there it is, liberation in the mysteries nuance. Firmament evaporating upon the eyes. Void is perfect, dismissed without closure. Transpired upon the surface where sway is spent, in a breath replete. . II Of these memories, none are yours. Lone survivor of the dying years. Ashen angels fall from the hands of the helpless. Seraph retinue remains seen and unseen. Sunrise rebukes the grey. Vespers, native prayer sleeve, individual aspect of transfiguration. Save your grave name for the rights of passage. Redemptions fortune, causeway path at the gates of ages‘. Opaque nothingness surfaced an unconfirmed entireness. The immortal sun, reconciles its after-land, Last to be suffered are to be reborn never again. Continuum complete ere long, forever after. Least of ashes are called upon the wind ------- (Tell me all that you know I'll show you snow and rain)

it's a simple math decisionbetween addition or division when the way looks dark and scary and the dark clouds loom overhead we get to the point where we just want to give in if we all pull together now and hold hands we will make it all go away holding hands means love and love means addition breaking down means fear and fear means division if we push to see through all our differentness we will make it to the universal and though we retain our individual characters our personalities disappear if we have wandered away from the family and find ourselves around a strange campfire with no dancing but for the beady eyes join together and hold hands or dance alone through the night the love you shine not yours or mine but it will light the way in night or day until the eyes are twinkling the hearts are warm and the laughter is everywhere. its a simple math decision between addition or division ah the ego will lie and tell you the divisive view is the gold standard and cause you to relate everything to hate yes but that is folly for that were never true if you watch all the mosaics of space through time you will notice one tile never changes color grab it dont let go that is the golden strand that is you and me floating free looking down now on zombie land where we seem to still be holding hands holding hands means love love is together now it is a simple math decision between addition or division.

quiet on the insidethe towering pines tracks quickly swept away only snowshoes work here inside this mountain bowl there's not even the sound of a chainsaw quiet on the inside I play with the lion and the bear Out here where there is no fear We frolic and prance Making the shadows dance All night long quiet on the inside the thunder peals the pets draw near I gather the family Into my loving arms We all feel safe And warm quiet on the inside no more storms to blow I let it all go Back into the nothing That it come from the only waves that crash against my door is when someone thinks of what is and goes, yeah! the rest I ignore so quiet on the inside nobody knows I wasn't even there thought traveling don't need no strand no more my bags I dont need to unpack when I'm quiet on the inside looking for the third time the first was for me the second was for you the third rose I laid for the world quiet on the inside

War--Norman Whitfield & Barrett Strong War! huh-yeah What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Uh-huh War! huh-yeah What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Say it again y'all War! huh good God What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Listen to me? Ohhh? War! I despise Because it means destruction? Of innocent lives War means tears to thousands of mothers eyes When their sons go to fight and lose their lives I said - War! Huh Good God y'all What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Say it again War! Whoa, Lord ... What is it good for Absolutely nothing Listen to me? War! It ain't nothing but a heartbreaker War! Friend only to the undertaker War! It's an enemy to all mankind The thought of war blows my mind War has caused unrest in the younger generation Induction then destruction- Who wants to die? Ohhh? War Good God y'all What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Say it, Say it, Say it War! Uh-huh Yeah - Huh! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Listen to me? War! It ain't nothing but a heartbreaker War! It's got one friend, that's the undertaker War has shattered many a young mans dreams Made him disabled bitter and mean Life is much to precious to spend fighting wars these days War can't give life, it can only take it away War! Huh Good God y'all What is it good for? Absolutely nothing Say it again War! Whoa, Lord ... What is it good for Absolutely nothing Listen to me? War! It ain't nothing but a heartbreaker War! Friend only to the undertaker Peace Love and Understanding; tell me, is there no place for them today? They say we must fight to keep our freedom But Lord knows there's got to be a better way War! Huh Good God y'all What is it good for? You tell me Say it, Say it, Say it War! Huh Good God y'all What is it good for? Stand up and shout it. Nothing!

when it all dissolves and disappearswhen you're so blind that you can't see your hand in front of your eyes that's not a dream that is real this here world is the dream living from the blind spot never missing one drop licking up the spoon right before I jump over the moon you missed a spot no I didn't the two sides of the same coin rose up, kissed and were gone leaving nothing, for in that instant a fountain shot up from somewhere inside it felt like compassion for all and the vision to see the true it was here all the time but it couldn't be seen for all the up and down the good and bad the light and dark the bills to pay the human concerns this is the day they all went away dwarfed into nothing by the vast endlessness the Allness coming out from Love I may look blind but I can see I may not seem to know the difference But I know what is good And that's enough for me When you let it all go the little puny runt runs off anyway he ain't your friend come inside the soft chewy center of Love.

I woke this morningReady to go Hopped in my Chevy and turned on the radio We headed south Blown by the breeze Along the ocean into the Redwood trees The bears were smilin' And so was I We crossed the Klamath at the Humboldt County line Past Prairie Creek And Big Lagoon Into Arcata just about high noon Ridin' high We're gonna fly Tonight Picked up my ticket For the show Walked to the Plaza Where everybody goes The air was warm The sky was blue The grass was green And plenty of it too After awhile We went to chill Out on the Mad River Everything was still Then it was time To turn the page Pulled in a parking lot Practically backstage Ridin' high Ready to fly Tonight Picked up my guitar And popped a brew Sat on a ledge And played to the band and crew Till it was time For the show Into the theatre And up to the front row All ready for Somethin' new To make me smile And take away my blues And then we danced With pure delight And loving smiles Till they bid us a goodnight Flying high No time to cry Tonight 7/29/10

shhhhh thats the sound of the world going on without you ah, so beautiful I have heard it many times before like the back side of a train pulling its load like the sound of sagebrush in the wind she's working her way through the crowd pulling down all the best apples from the tree sitting on the bus everybody's angry at each other because nobody respects each other the bus driver said to noone turned out to be a nice day he said again, noone blinked so he started to whistle why let urban indifference affect his down home attitude plums so soft you can suck out the pit flies trying to catch a ride upstairs in the elevator turning from love why be surprised when the glass grows dark why you trying so hard just to be yourself? shhhhh thats the sound of the world going on without you

who's in chargeof all the beeping I can't tell the difference between the street sweeper and the sound of my stalker breaching the firewall meant to penetrate they do penetrating my consciousness to no good end my associative cortex is left to run around like a chicken with two no-heads trying to interpret every different beep and squeak maybe it's just a chair backing up I enjoy when the Seastones and the street paver can't be told apart which one is shaking the floor? but who is in charge of all the beeping??? every car every door every security system every phone every walk signal put on your seatbelt! even something called a beeper why does my atm machine make the Woody Woodpecker sound? sitting in the car with no seat belt and not answering the phone ah, what cacophony! I condemn to oblivion every beep, post-Road Runner he gets to beep anytime he wants I said so my world beep away little flightless bird the rest of it blah he was always one of those guys who you realized later left the room just before the trouble started thanks man I could really stand to hear the sound of your guitar right about now the most exciting melodic sense ever ever so old man who's in charge of all the beeping it's how I know everybody's sleeping or we would put a stop to all this beeping

the way jerry's guitar movesthrough my consciousness in the good times it is a celebration song but in the bad times I wouldnt want to I don't know how to I really couldn't live without it I tried before 65 it was bad my life without music was more than sad then a bubble came near like the one the good witch rides in on in the Wizard of Oz the bubble approached and spoke it said i am music come into me live inside me I ran in to it like it was a landed spaceship finally! I cried take me OUT of here! no, it said, I dont change your location Andy give me a chance if you dont like it step outside back into the world without music NO! I said, I am good in the bubble I'll be right over here if anyone wants or needs or just wants to jam so I am living in the bubble of Universal tone and along comes this crazed gent with a black tee and a chili dog man he could wail in the good times it was a celebration song in the bad times like now I couldnt get along without the sound of your guitar

i wait in the shadows as she contemplates my existance. perhaps she does not see.lead by deciept and the promise of green pastures . i become just a distant memory desperatly maintaining.a posistion in her landscape. a fear that the artist with a soft stroke of the brush covers over any proof that i alone once guided her hand. alas the tears i shed trying to wash away that which has hidden me from view create new colors . i wonder does she see . or know . to be continued

It's for evernow or never There's no mr in between dont look for a halfway position when you're making your decision its all or nothing if it is not love it be hate everything flows from one or the other it's always now or never there is no blend one never touches the other its for ever now or never it is pedal to the metal rip off the rear view mirror there is no halfway you hit the bullseye or drift endlessly let us live forever in the center enjoying the moment it will always be now or never let's get dinner I know a place I love you You love me We keep letting weeks go by let's get dinner it's for ever now or never
