VERY difficult to hit this show and make it to class!
Nose and glasses
Last show I attended in IL before moving to TX. I had warned my buddy they often start early and not to be late. And, of course, he was. I could hear them playing as we walked in from the parking lot. I don't remember what, but I was frosted.
We took our seats stage left, a ways up. I remember seeing all the VU meters on the stacks of MacIntosh amps on that side of the stage.
As we took our seats we saw a gorgeous woman walking up the aisle with a guy wearing Groucho-style nose, moustache, and the black horn-rimmed glasses. We two dateless blokes were lamenting that fact that this beautiful creature had the misfortune to be accompanied by a guy with such horrible taste as to be sporting that get up.
And when I got close enough to us we could see... it was all him!
