"unless directed otherwise, which is always a possibility of course, I am not going to decree that vines must end because some of their tracks appear on compilations. We have retired full show vines with great ceremony when they came out as full-show releases, and I think this would apply to multi-show vines of which some entire shows were released." Glad I got this when I did Not sure. The 6/16/74 show on this vine, although a SBD, has some flaws--a couple splices in places, and the mix on Bertha is bad (typical of the first song in '74).

Today's new Road Trips release includes highlights from the 6/16/74 Des Moines show; do we need to trim that show from this vine out of respect for our hosts? How does The Vineyard usually handle such a situation? "Come with me or go alone, he's come to take his children home"
