    So glad you made it... Welcome to the updated Dead.net! If you've been around for a while, you should find your familiar haunts much as you left them, though some of them may be in slightly different locations.
    If you're joining us for the first time, we're delighted to see you! We invite you to just poke around and make yourselves at home.
    A few possibilities:
    -Tape trading (digital and otherwise)
    - In Search Of (tickets! stuff! music! etc.!)
    - The Ride Board (useful touring resource)
    - All About My Band (the one you're playing in)

    So it looks like I'm able to post here while logged in to my account, but on the ticket exchange forum, there's no window for posting. Every time I hit the log in button there, it just sends me back to the top of the screen to another log in link. Help?

    How about a release of "Turn On Your Love Life" from The Fillmore East 2/11/70 show with the Allman Brothers & Fleetwood Mac joining The Dead???????????????????????

    Marye definitely deserves credit for the job that's been done. I'd imagine quite a few hours of work went into setting it up. As a web designer hobbyist myself, I also bet they spent a lot of time migrating the info from the old site over to this one.

    One thing I really like about the new theme is how clean it feels. There's no spam, pop up banners or other nonsense cluttering up the page. Will be fun to see if we can revitalize this forum and bring it back to its former glory :)

    How many shows did someone have to perform in in order to be considered a band member? Seems to me that Bruce Hornsby should be included in your band member profiles.

I wanted to post this in the Websites sub-forum but that one seems to be locked down. I tried to log in to deadnetcentral.com today for the first time in about a year and it looks like the site is down. I guess that was inevitable but does anyone know when it happened? thanx.

Duppy, from what I can tell, DNC is indeed gone, but many of its residents have a FB group and I think there is a restoration effort in progress.

My love and condolences to all of us out there as Phil passed on yesterday. Heartbreaking and sad.
So many memories of Boxes of Rain and roaring applause for the shy bassist. Good times.

Sign in.
Put show date in search field.
Once on show "mark as attended".
If you want them to be listed on your page in chron. order you have to enter them 1 by 1 in that order.

Edit: BTW your guess on 30 days is way off. Hint; it's later in that iteration of the band.

Hello! This might be a long shot but I’m looking to get in touch with someone in licensing for the dead. I’d like to make a product using some dead imagery. I’ve read that it used to be pretty simple via Grateful Dead productions but is now Rhino ent. and I can’t find anything on their site to submit requests.
I’ve been wanting to make this happen for several years now and I am really excited to share this with all of you!
