    Hi everyone!

I placed a few orders for Box sets on the dead.net site, one of them is now one month overdue (No shipping info for an item marked available)
Tried emailing dead@wmgcustomerservice.com three times in the last 2+ weeks, without any answer.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?

    Got it.

Thank you for the warm welcome to the updated Dead.net! It's great to hear that familiar aspects of the site are still intact, albeit with some minor changes in location. For newcomers, the invitation to explore and make oneself at home is much appreciated.
The mentioned possibilities, such as tape trading (both digital and otherwise), In Search Of for tickets, merchandise, and music, the Ride Board as a useful touring resource, and All About My Band for discussing one's own musical projects, offer exciting avenues for engagement.
If any navigational assistance is required, reaching out through a post or a private message to "marye" is encouraged, as the team is ready to provide support.

I got into the dead in 94. I started traveling in 95, and made it to one show at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh that year. After that we all went on Further, and checked out rainbow gatherings, a lot of other bands shows, and country fairs. I'm looking for old friends from everywhere, but for sure spent some time in Boulder, CO, Santa Cruz and San Francisco, CA,Timonium, MD, the Ozarks of Missouri, Oregon various places, and on and on. My name was usually Tarah but sometimes Cordy. I usually traveled with a girl named Fraggle most of the time. Chris Swain, Voichez Auguswinski, Paul Rush, especially Paul Rush, I'm not remembering any other names right now, but if you think you know me ...and Jarod...email or PM me. Love you all!!!
BTW, I posted this here because I couldn't figure out how to post it in " I'm looking for" Any advice on how to do that would be greatly appreciated!!
Anyone who knew Greasy Shawn, hit me up, he was the love of my life!

    Phone Number For Customer Service

    Hello,

Is there still a valid USA phone number for customer service regarding dead.net orders? I do NOT want to send an email to someone in the UK regarding an issue.

    thank you,

A decade later I finally remembered

So for the better part of the last decade I've been searching the reaches of my mind for my password to my profile here wand had been completely stumped then it came to me as I was walking through the woods behind my house in the waking moments of this frozen winter day. I quickly made my way home typed it in and lo and behold I've returned !! I don't know probably just me being amazed at myself and untapped capability of the human mind to retain and access random bits of memory . Anyway family it's good to be home .

Is it possible you misheard what was sung? Brown Eyed Woman has this recurring lyric:

I wanted to post this in the Websites sub-forum but that one seems to be locked down. I tried to log in to deadnetcentral.com today for the first time in about a year and it looks like the site is down. I guess that was inevitable but does anyone know when it happened? thanx.

RIP Jer, miss you man...

Duppy, from what I can tell, DNC is indeed gone, but many of its residents have a FB group and I think there is a restoration effort in progress.

My love and condolences to all of us out there as Phil passed on yesterday. Heartbreaking and sad.
So many memories of Boxes of Rain and roaring applause for the shy bassist. Good times.

Put show date in search field.
Once on show "mark as attended".
If you want them to be listed on your page in chron. order you have to enter them 1 by 1 in that order.
Good luck and cheers
Edit: BTW your guess on 30 days is way off. Hint; it's later in that iteration of the band.

Hello! This might be a long shot but I’m looking to get in touch with someone in licensing for the dead. I’d like to make a product using some dead imagery. I’ve read that it used to be pretty simple via Grateful Dead productions but is now Rhino ent. and I can’t find anything on their site to submit requests.
I’ve been wanting to make this happen for several years now and I am really excited to share this with all of you!

Happy Wednesday yall!
