You know darn well that we requested a special rendition of Mollie B at her finest. For all you who really really miss the accordion, and we know you are out there, it is time to share a secret passion shared by more than a few daydreamers. Yes, we are speaking of the polka, as our esteemed dus briver alluded to in his earlier post, first below written. Now, for your edification and enjoyment,I'd like to introduce a new performer to many, "Mollie B". Mollie Busta, popular performer from the Jim Busta Band and Squeezebox, is host of the weekly RFD-TV Polka show, the "Mollie B Polka Party". The one-hour program featuring the nation's top polka bands... produced on location at music festivals from around the country. Lest you think you've missed the doat, or dus as it may be, there is a four day show right here in the heart of Texas, in the hamlet of Ennis (right down the road from my abode) at the end of the month. Guaranteed to entertain even the most jaded, tickets are available for the four-day run..at a bargain price of 20 bucks per person, per day, reduced for the rugrats to 5 bucks a head. Good to see the wordsmiths, poets and ne'er-do-well Daydreamers are on their best behavior, and I mean that in a most positive way, especially you over there tuning the accordion. The plays on words by you rhyming Simons and Simonettes reminds me of that epic show in '78 when all were smiling and carrying on. It is obvious that no-one is any the worse for wear over the winter season, and all seem to be ready to tear it up. Word is that puppers can't contain his excitement, and guess what? The feeling is mutual... and who woulda thunk it.

All we need now are patched sails, spit-shined rails, 38 servings of kale, 4 cases of pale ale and a whole pail of water to cool things down. Who needs pits for Alpine? I can’t find the spreadsheet.

So I take a break and who should appear out of thin air but a friend of the devil and the chick with the sticks. What's this bus coming to anyway? Welcome back 88 and Miami, long time no see. It seems like the tin foil cloak of invisibility and Feel the Bern stickers didn't fool either of you. It's good to see that OatJeff, ASL, Geeky, Boo Boo, Loblaw, TFonts and mkav have found their way home as well. You all know the drill, sit back, relax, pour yourself a cup of coffee and smile, smile, smile. I see the state line is just a mile ahead. Where are we anyway Sarge? The State of Confusion?
