4 Shows from May 1972
5/4, 5/11, 5/16/, & 5/26 1972
As requested by dstache, more May shows from the Grateful Dead's legendary Europe 1972 tour are offered. NOTE: For those seeking wonderful professional recordings, please visit the GD store and purchase Europe '72 (original and revised), Stepping Out, etc. If you don't have those, get 'em.
In this vine, there are missing songs (eg. 5/11), some flaws (ie. 5/16), and several tunes out of order on 5/4. BUT, the educated among you may be able to make repairs (if your computer skills are not Flintsonean, as mine are) although what you see is what you get. And as Dick L. used to say "what you get, ain't bad at all." (Or something to that effect.)

I just wanted to point out that this vine had stalled, didn't look like anybody still on the list was paying attention and it is a killer vine. Somebody needs to PM H2H, but I'm too busy to keep up with all the vines. boise and Birdsong signed up just a few days back but didn't see the vine was missing.
It's kind of you offering to reseed the vine, pomo1, I just don't feel it's just not my place to ask. I'm sure #28 thru 30 would appreciate it, but then again apparently none of them noticed the vine had stalled. Don't know that I've seen H2H recently.

I PM'd him awhile back. He's still got the vine, I forwarded him a copy of the sign up list. Don't know why he didn't get the vine back out, but maybe it'll get moving again now.

getting a error
on disc 2 of 5-11-72 @ the last 2 songs, Next Time You See Me and Dark Star, which is a bummer however it can still be copied up to that point, somewhere in Next Time it locks up the computer and it's hard boot time. looks like a pretty good size hole toward the outer edge. and i can't read the dvd unclejon sent along so i can't burn a new disc two... sorry! other than that all went well! hopefully someone down the road can read the dvd and make a new disc, until then copy with care!peace,

Here is how the vine thing works. Folks mail each other shows. You make copies and then mail it to the next in line. You pay the postage. When a show is posted on a thread, you sign up to get in line.

No need to move airbear down the list because he (or she?) is the one who is sitting on this vine. DMTT posted that he sent it to airbear on Oct 15. And it's been missing ever since.

Start a full Europe 72 vine to help the mob whom for whatever reason can't get a hold of the "Big Release" =) I can see the pitch forks and torches coming ... lol! Lock your doors, hide your children and wives, run for your lives!! lol!!
