I signed up for an in-stock reminder on the 2XL hoodie. I am not a f'n 2XL !! The shreds of vanity I cling to cost me a too tight SD'ers ladies cut. friday afternoon and

I'm still at the mines for a little longer. Friday afternoons in the summer are very casual here in this office...so I'm streaming Ventura County Fairgrounds 7/18/82. apparently I was there but that was a long time ago and I needed a reminder...I'm half way through and it's a good show. not great yet, but good. of course, I'm in a sterile office listening to it on a tinny laptop speaker, and not standing on the beach of the Pacific Ocean jammin with 8 or 10,000 like-minded smilin fans, enjoying our favorite band. Never forget those feelins.Phish is in DFW this week, maybe I'll catch them. Trey got me hooked I think. Tony...too bad about the QC at FTW merchandising. really sucks when you're anticipating something like that and it comes in wrong. I'm sure they'll make it right tho. have a great weekend all.

Dueling song-fest....

What in the name of SD-ville is going on here?? I'm a thinking Rich & Holly need their own dueling song blog :-) TGIF all... BTW, really disappointed now on two faretheewellmerch.com purchases. The mens XL sizing is more like L and the ladies purple tank top at a whopping $64.99 arrived today with a sideways logo. Pretty lame QC happing at the merch shop gang....right back to the returns it goes.

Some may worry that that was my source of paranoia - total on me. Emails are still gone and still weird...

So I know everyone is waiting out this drama with baited breath. To ensure he is on the up and up - he has suggested no cash, no pay pal, that we should just meet in SC and exchange money order for hard tickets face to face. Righteous head. Very glad I was wrong...now to convince those I was in on this with to see the light...

Good Morning Sunshine Daydreamers

Off to local Flea Market to search out Vinyl...Last year around this time, I obtained a very nice copy of The White Album, complete with the poster and 4 color Glossy 8x10's (with no circles or arrows drawn on the back explaining what each one was) --Arlo Guthrie reference,.....anyway this was the real deal. The 8x10's of each Beatle were on real Photo paper, not the later issued xerox type pictures, and the serial number is embossed on the front cover,..in white of course, and vinyl in very good to excellent condition. So I felt overjoyed to take it home for a mere $20.00. Sometimes people are in such a hurry to clean out their attic/basement/ that I get these things for a song $1 or $2. I need a miracle everyday!!! Hope everyone is well and this fine Sunday morning finds you all in good spirit.

Happy Sunday...going to put on my go to meeting clothes.... I am so sorry, I would have posted earlier but when I woke up the letters on the keys on my keyboard were gone. Now the keys were there but the letters vanished in the air. So after some problem solving, I went to my local supermarket and bought me a box of alphabits.... After some research I glued the individual cereal bit to each respective key and we are back in business.... Wow, what I missed.... a twilight zone email episode... A pending marriage... A roaring silence, a grab of the white album...an early totes count... Ok back to the song.... You shout and no one seems to hear, and if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the DSOTM.... have a truly beatific day.... If you don't know it, look it up don't just skip over the word like I used to.... ;-)

Perfect Day

Blue skies, not a wisp of wind and forecasted to be in the mid-70's. As soon as I quaff my iced coffee it's off on a run with my trusty canine companion Kai. Although there's plenty of sails to patch and rails to shine, it looks like the office beckons today. It happens. Big event tomorrow, so rehearsal is needed. I am actually from NC and have lived here majority of my life. It's a beautiful state with Blue Ridge Mountains and incredible beaches so best of both worlds. Asheville is great and I'm near Appalachian State Univeristy. Lots of artists, musicians, forward thinkers. And too much development because of the beauty. Having said that we have high taxes and current political leaders are a bit of an embarrassment. But we're working on changing that :)Come check it out..

This happened right after one of the individuals questioned whether this whole deal was legit. I went numb and started shaking. Buddy gave the money right back and is willing to give the tickets face to face for a money order - doesn't want to be walking around with a wad of cash - don't blame him. Nor does he want to be walking around with 12 tickets and a sign in SC - again don't blame him. So pass judgement all you want - I was trying to help; AND the one taking all the risk. If you were in my shoes, you would have panicked too. For the guy who decided to send me a PM telling me in more polite terms to f-off, sure man. My recklessness was not trying to put people in financial ruin, but rather help out as many as I could. That included me forgoing shows to get others in...so thanks for the judge, jury and execution all in one shot.
