Was it 1/30/68, by chance? One of the Quick and the Dead shows. Traditional lists show GD, QMS and PH Factor Jug Band. Or is there a different EMU Ballroom gig between January '68 and May '69? Thanks!

After opening for the Dead one year before in the Erb Memorial Union Ballroom, the Palace Meat Market (and I, as lead singer) were invited to open this show for them. Certainly the first show changed my life forever for the better and this second one laid out a path that has kept me a Deadhead, a social activist (and even a college Dean) committed to change as a way of life!
