Cnkd - I'd buy that box in a shot. It would be great if they did reissue it in that way. If they are reissuing boxes on vinyl, following on from the Fillmore West 1969 shows and those from May 5th-9th 1977, this would be an ideal choice.

    Good call DaveRock.

Imagine the reels of those shows being Plangentized/Normanized, and pressed onto vinyl.

That's a great album alright. The other Dead I played over the last day or so was the first show from the Winterland 1973 box - 11/9/73. A great show - every musician on top form and working together. And the next 2 shows in the box are even better.

Received these in a big batch of stuff from our good friend here a couple years ago, but as is often the case with new big batches, these kinda have been neglected!

https://youtu.be/zPuyT6EtRQ0 interesting interview with Zimmy on his website last week, the most he's opened up in decades.... http://bobdylan.com/news/qa-with-bill-flanagan/ He is on an old blue eyes kick, has a new 3 CD set coming out this week of Sinatra, he's no Enrico Caruso but when he interprets Frank, at least he tries to do those immortal tunes justice.
