    Grateful Dead Hour no. 1349

    Week of July 28, 2014

Continuing with the complete unreleased recording of 9/30/80 at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco.

New Orleans piano legend Henry Butler and the multi-talented Berkeley/NYC trumpeter Steven Bernstein have put together an amazing record, Viper's Drag. I saw the band live in Oakland in June 2014 and was knocked out.

Great Bird Song patched in after Estimated Prophet
Definitely not part of the show. 9-30-80 is really good. 10-22-80 is nice with China > Rider , scarlet > fire , sailor > saint
