Week of June 21, 1999
Continuing the complete 3/19/77 over a four-week stretch. This week's post is all from the first set! "Estimated Prophet" and the "Terrapin" suite were brand-new, having been performed in southern California (during the Terrapin Station recording sessions) at the end of February and debuted in San Francisco the night before this show. I don't know whether the band planned this extended excursion coming out of "Terrapin," but it sure was fun to be in the building that night!
