This is a 100% approved transfer of our vacation package. You would not be obligated to pay us until you have received sufficient documentation from CID Entertainment evidencing that you are fully-registered. We purchased a package for 2. My wife and I have been to 2 previous PITS and were really looking forward to this one but due to a recently diagnosed medical condition, we are unable to go. This package entitles 2 guests to attend all three of the Dead & Company concerts and experience all of the all-inclusive benefits of the Moon Palace resort. While we purchased the King-size bedroom option, it is quite possible that the resort will be able to accommodate two queen size beds instead.

Here are the details on our specific package: 5-Night Sunrise Superior Deluxe Ocean View for 2 people- 1 King Bed ($6,148). Check In Date: 1/13/2022 Check Out Date: 1/18/2022. We also purchased an extra night ($666) for 1/18/2022, so check out date would be 1/19/2022. Our total cost for the vacation package was $6,814. Price does not include airfare. We are willing to sell the just the 5 night package if that’s all we can do. Please first try to contact Tony at tonyhartman@gmail.com. If you can’t reach me (I'm the one with the medical condition), you can email Laurie at laurie@niceventures.com. Cheers

October 29 update- These tickets are still available as we just had an interested party flake on us. We are willing to negotiate!

Hey all, here is my conundrum: I am a big Dead fan and was super excited to go see them both nights at the Spectrum this May. I logged into livenation this morning at 10am, waited in cue, and bought a pair of tickets to both nights. 5 minutes after submitting my order, my girlfriend informs me that that weekend is the same weekend her brother is getting married, and that I am in the wedding. Long story short, I have 2 tickets to both nights, and need to unload them. I would like to trade any pair of the tickets below for a pair of tickets to see the Dead play at Madison Square Garden on 4/25. Ticket information: May 1, 2009 Level Section Row Seat(s) ----- ------- ----- ---------- 2 224 13 5-4 May 2, 2009 Level Section Row Seat(s) ----- ------- ----- ---------- 3 302 12 10-9

Well it's about time Congressman asks for investigation of Ticketmaster, TicketsNow over Springsteen By George Gombossy on February 3, 2009 2:44 PM | Permalink | Comments (0) PASCRELL SEEKS INVESTIGATION INTO TICKETMASTER BUSINESS PRACTICE WITH SUBSIDIARY, TICKETNOW Press release: WASHINGTON-- U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-08) today requested that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division investigate Ticketmaster's relationship with its subsidiary company, TicketsNow, following the company's handling of ticket sales for the Bruce Springsteen tour that became available on Monday February 2. Dear Chairman Kovacic: I am writing today to direct your attention to a potential conflict of interest regarding Ticketmaster and its affiliate company, TicketsNow. This issue has been brought to my attention through constituent complaints and press reports regarding the online sale of Bruce Springsteen concerts tickets at the IZOD Center in New Jersey and other locations all across the country. As you know, Ticketmaster is a large ticket sales and distribution company that often serves as a venue's sole ticketing agent. A large percentage of their sales are made online through Ticketmaster.com. In a recent effort expand its business Ticketmaster acquired TicketsNow, a website which specializes in the secondary, resale market for tickets. When tickets for Bruce Springsteen's new tour went on sale exclusively through Ticketmaster at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2009, scores of fans in New Jersey were met with technical difficulty on Ticketmaster.com that impaired them from making a purchase. Thousands of others who were fortunate enough to get beyond the technical problems were informed that the shows were sold out. Conspicuously placed on the same screen that informed fans of ticket unavailability was an alternative purchasing option from TicketsNow.com. It offered the same tickets at a value marked up hundreds of dollars beyond their original face value. I am troubled by how quickly tickets priced exponentially higher became available on the secondary market to thousands of rejected fans, many who also endured unfortunate technical problems on Ticketmaster.com. I am concerned that the business affiliation between Ticketmaster and TicketsNow may represent a conflict of interest that is detrimental to the average fan. There is a significant potential for abuse when one company is able to monopolize the primary market for a product and also directly manipulate, and profit from, the secondary market. Additionally, the speed with which tickets were made available on Ticketmaster's official resale affiliate site raises questions about whether TicketsNow brokers were given preferential treatment instead of competing on a level playing field with average consumers to purchase the tickets. With so many families struggling in this economy, I am outraged by how expensive tickets to ball games, concerts and other shows have become. I understand the economic principles that have driven up the cost of entertainment, but will not tolerate unjust business practices that put regular Americans at a disadvantage. I respectfully request that your office investigate the relationship between Ticketmaster and TicketsNow to ensure that the procedure for purchasing tickets remains fair to the average consumer. If you require any additional information or have any questions, please contact Arthur Mandel on my staff at (202) 225-5751. I look forward to the favor of your reply. Sincerely, Bill Pascrell, Jr. Member of Congress

I mail ordered a pair for Chicago and am hopeful that I'll get them. In an effort to hedge my luck, I was able to grab a pair from the evil Ticketmaster when tickets hit the street. If GDTSTOO comes through, I will be left with an xtra pair that I will happily lay on someone for face value. They will be of the cheap(?) $50.00 variety and as soon as I know for sure, we can pursue a path of easy transaction. If interested, PM me. see y'all out there, DooDahh His job is to shed light, not to master...

there is no way that Tickets Now can get as many good seats from their parent company Ticket Master as they do. I used to think the scalpers had a line on the good seats. Now Ticketmaster is selling the best seats to themselves and marking up the price. There must be a conflict of interest somewhere. How can this be legal? I know that New York has lame scalping laws. This is just not right. Ticketmaster set up a company that they own with first dibs on the best tickets for concerts. They mark up the tickets 200 to 300 percent. Bruce is the only one making a stink about this problem. Why aren't the Dead doing the same thing. They were the first band to try and get rid of the scalper hold on tickets. This is a new game the ticket sellers are trying to play. Ticketmaster will be bought up by the own all Clear Channel and Live Nation. I know they used to sell tickets to brokers, but to set up a company in their name is just not right. These bands should boycott ticketmaster. Pearl Jam proved it could be done.

Hey there, I bought a few too many dead tickets, and now I can't afford to go to Bonnaroo. Due to this, I have tickets each following shows up for sale/trade: Worcester 4/18 - 1 Hartford 4/26 - 2 I will gladly trade tickets for a weekend pass with camping (non-RV) to Bonnaroo. If cash is offered, I will accept no more than what I paid for the tickets. They're pricey enough as it is. All the tickets are floor seats. For more information, feel free to mail me on this site, or at me email address: redial2 [at] gmail [dot] com Thanks a ton. Also, I will be attending whichever shows I can't offload tickets for, as well as the 4/19 show in Worcester. If you're interested in carpooling, shoot me a message. -Coffee

I have 1 ticket for Buffalo (Section 121, Row 19) straight back from the stage and 1 ticket for Hartford (Section 105, Row M) right off the corner of the stage. I bought them on TicketsNow and StubHub so I am trying to get $150 / ticket. I paid more than that so I will be taking a loss. I will UPS them to you upon receiving payment. Send me a message if you are interested or else I will be someone's "miracle" in the lot.

I have two tickets for Greensboro. I have travel packages for both Washington, DC and Charlottesville, VA. I still want to go, but I don't have anyone that can use the second ticket. The problem is I need someone that can help contribute significantly. I still owe $400.00 on the travel packages, plus I need to make lodging arrangements for Sunday and Monday nights. Need someone to help pay for all that plus gas, etc. I made the reservations with the understanding that my girlfriend would help pay for the rest of it after I made deposit, but we have now broken up irrevocably. I live in North Georgia and I still really want to go to these shows, maybe I can make a new friend to accompany me?
