I have just posted a vine for 28/29/30 March 1990 on New Vines. I will launch a Euroversion if anyone wants these shows this side of the pond. PM me if you need them. LOSSLESS FORMAT WITH INSTRUCTIONS. YOU NEED A DVD PLAYER AND CD BURNER.. The shows are presented as SHN or FLAC files on one DVD. You need a computer with some memory, a DVD player and a CD burner to be able to create your own music CDs from the lossless files. Included in the vine are copies of Traders Little Helper to convert SHN and FLAC files to WAVs and (should you not have one) a free CD burning programme for you to burn the WAV files to music CDs. The good ol' CotMos! ("Conspiracy of the Mules ... or something !") On March 19th Bob sent me a PM, announcing that he is putting them panniers on (to the burros, I am sure). But the KFFM vine has not arrived at my Mule Stop yet. So outsidewichita you will have to wait, because I will be away for three weeks, before the post man will ring me again, tomorrow. Now as Bob's PM came in already two weeks ago, it seems to be the right time to get worried. Just a little. And just in case somebody is interested in getting worried :+) Fo Sho familiar with the old saying, regarding even slow burros usually getting the wholeworm thingdone, we could wait, until I will be back in my mailbox again. In case Bob will decide to send this vine again, before I will be back on track, consider me stepped back. So Bob can ask outsidewichita for his postal address, then send it there. And Have A Good Time ! All the time All the time All The Time. andré

These two arrived today and will go out to UncleJon outsidewichita. The latest will be Thursday afternoon, because maybe the KFFM vine will arrive until then. Which means I could copy that one and then also send it to UncleJon outsidewichita, before I will be away for three weeks. andré

Just in case you are or have a tendency to become interested in one of them Vines Across The Waters. 'Cuz quite a lot of these have madly assembled at my place ... to find out which ones these are, please check this forum ... Simply let me know via PM, as soon as possible. Butt no later than April 2nd. and, as you know now, there is no need to worry, if I don't jump at any vines in the old world, nor leave other comments on dead.net during the period, mentioned above. I will reappear, keep on playing according the traders unwritten rulebook, as far as I know and understood what I know about it. andré ... still around for another/about 192 hours.

Also Bob, how does the '73 material match with what is doing the rounds on Eurotraders? Standing by!

USTO EUROVINE D: WINTERLAND 16-20 OCTOBER 1974 2 DVDs. One more thanks to Richard who introduces it thus: Hello friends, Today I offer up another vine I hope you all will enjoy. This is a five night stand at Winterland in 1974. It is my understanding that these shows provided the tracks for the live album “Steal Your Face.” With that in mind, let me say this - I already own 'Steal Your Face', both on vinyl and on CD. IMHO, it would show appropriate support for a band that is so generous with their copyrighted material for parties interested in these shows to buy/already own a copy of 'Steal Your Face' as well. 10-16-74 Winterland Arena, San Francisco, Ca. (Wed) 1: Bertha, Jack Straw, Deal, Mexicali, Roses, BIODTL, Scarlet, Bobby McGee, Tennessee Jed, Cumberland, Row Jimmy, Playin 2: Phil & Ned> Space> Wharf Rat> Space> Eyes, Big River, Ship Of Fools, Truckin> GDTRFB> Uncle John, Johnny B. welcome back Tigerlilly. Hope you had a good trip. Any sign of that Eurovine 1 1972 yet, or has that slow old donkey not completed its journey from the Sierra Nevada to Seville yet?

Circulating tapes all cut at the very beginning of New Potato Caboose and splice into the Feedback. DeadBase XI lists the end of this one as New Potato Caboose going into Alligator > Caution > Feedback > AWBYGN, which is probably just speculation on what's missing - but that would be a good guess based on the song list and time period. The remainder of the show is cross faded in from a SBDMR>?>Cass copy. The cut at about 3:14 was also on the cassette, picking directly back up after a one second gap. No Caution vocals are contained on either source. notes: Crptical Envelopment through Born Cross-Eyed comes from an alternate mono SBDMR source (SBDMR>DAT>CD). It contained a great deal of static which was removed with DePopper.exe. Feedback before Spanish Jam contains many hints at the Spanish Jam theme. Also of note is that the end portion of Feedback appears on the "Anthem Of The Sun" LP.
