I STILL Like "Day Job"
....I don't care what ANYONE sez - it ROCKED this night!
A little disappointing
I so wanted this to be a great show, as I was taking my girlfriend who is now my wife to her first show, but it was kind of meh.
Very short, truncated first set with all sorts of sound problems. Second set was better, including a really nice Wheel.
Figured I would have plenty of other opportunities to show the GF/wife what the Dead were all about, but alas, this was my last show. Life, kids and careers got in the way.
Fortunately, we've collected enough good shows over the years, both boots and releases, that she gets it now. In fact, she was the one that insisted we drive 15 hours to Chicago just to be there for the Fare Thee Well shows (even tho we weren't able to score tix, we had a GREAT time).
