    My first show:)
My buddy Mike dragged me to this show ( unwillingly ) I wasn't planning on enjoying them at all.But after one tab and an eighth of shrooms I was feeling a little more positive. Then from the first song I was off my ass and dancing like I had found some powerful magic. It was the best time I could remember ever having in a very long time, completely changed me , I didn't want it to end. Thank you mike for bringing me here, and thank all the people at the show that were kind, friendly and accepting. Needless to say I was hooked and left with such love and warmth that I was a better person for sharing the experience .

    Great show
Definitely one of the best of 1991. Maybe my favorite. Not just exactly perfect . . . but that's the way we like it. That jam before the drums will take you away. Before you know it 20 minutes have gone by. As others have commented, agree that this run was a pinnacle of sorts for Bruce's contributions onstage with the Dead.

One of the best Morning Dews. Period
..to the guy who didn't like Bruce's impact on the bandto I urge you listen to the interplay he has with Jerry during Dew.. it was common for them to feed off eachother, and this is as good a sample of that as you can find., but again, it was common, he was a special part of their strong play throughout fall 90 through 10-31-91. But to each their own my friend.

They blew us all away with a first set DS the night before and Bruce kept teasing it throughout this show...

Nice call! I also seemed to remember the Dark Star being teased a lot during this show but also thought I remembered an "official" return on this night in some form too. After consulting with Dead Base they did do a "Dark Star Jam" out of space before the Dew! Ahhh yes! I remember wondering if Jerry was going to sing it or not. I will have to send that comment in to correct this. How about the creative 2nd set set list for the last night (the 18th)! Sweetness! Brother A
