Grateful Dead Hour no. 207
Week of September 7, 1992
One of my all-time favorite "Bird Songs," later released in both film and audio for on Sunshine Daydream. Also Robert Hunter, the 1991 live album Jerry Garcia Band, and, from summer '92, the return of "Casey Jones" and a guest appearance by Steve Miller on "Throwing Stones and "One More Saturday Night."
Enjoy!!

Shenandoah Tease?
Beautiful Shenandoah tease before Casey Jones. Even when Casey starts I thought they were going into Liberty for a few seconds. A 549 show hiatus for Casey and only three more after this one. Always curious why they drop a song from the rotation. I suppose there are different reasons for each. Hard to hear the extra guitar of Steve Miller in there on Throwing Stones.
Cheers
