I've been saying for a couple of years now that the best book about the Grateful Dead isn't a book! It's The Good Ol' Grateful Deadcast, produced and hosted by Jesse Jarnow and Rich Mahan.
The Europe '72 season was amazingly deep and chock full of first-hand accounts from fans and members of the entourage.
I have been providing bits of audio from my archive of interviews, and in this program I included some of a conversation I had with Jon McIntire when I was working on liner notes for Europe '72: The Complete Recordings.
This post includes an interview with Jesse that took place on < HREF="https://nugs.net">nugs.net between Dead & Company sets on June 13. The interview series was titled Dead Air with [Gary] Lambert & Gans.
