Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1981, 1989, and 1989 (again!).
Our first stop this week is the end of the first set from 7/7/81 in Kansas City, where we have Lazy Lightnin' > Supplication ; Bird Song > Looks Like Rain> Deal.
Next is the start of the second set from 7/15/89 at Deer Creek, the Dead’s first stop there: Foolish Heart > Victim Or The Crime> Crazy Fingers > Truckin'> Smokestack Lightnin'> Jam.
From two shows later on 7/18/89 at Alpine Valley, we have the start of the second set, featuring Sugar Magnolia> Scarlet Begonias; Man Smart (Woman Smarter); Eyes Of The World.
