Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1972, 1976, and 1981.
Our first stop this week is in Waterbury, CT, on 9/23/72 where we have this unique sequence form the era featuring It's All Over Now, Baby Blue; Cryptical Envelopment > Drums> The Other One> Wharf Rat; Beat It On Down The Line; Ramble On Rose. This is the first Baby Blue in a while, and the first Cryptical in almost a year, too.
Next is the bulk of the second set from the great Rochester, NY, show on 9/27/76, featuring Might As Well, Samson And Delilah, Help On The Way> Slipknot!> Drums> The Other One> Wharf Rat> Slipknot!> Franklin's Tower.
Lastly this week, from Bethlehem, PA, on 9/25/81, we have this first set sequence of Bird Song> Beat It On Down The Line ; Cumberland Blues; Passenger; Althea, The Music Never Stopped.
