    RockPile
This was a 1200 capacity nightclub run in the Masonic Temple building, corner of Yonge St & Davenport Ave, Toronto Canada. It was open in 1968 and only ran for a couple of years as The Rockpile. In 1969 several major bands appeared including then-little-known Led Zepplin. The hall was probably well over capacity on many nights and was a wild, legendary part of the vibrant 60s Toronto music scene. http://dogoneblog.wordpress.com/2010/04/06/the-toronto-rock-pile/
