    Mistake in the set list
I was at this show but this was the first time I've sought out the set list on Dead.net (I have my own journal of shows I attended with this info, but it is not handy at the moment). For some odd reason they have "Baby Blue" in the 1st set. That definitely didnt happen! It should be replaced with 'Its All Over Now' (the Bobby Womack cover).

    Rain
Eleventh row...on the floor. Loved the encore of Rain. You could tell they wanted to do the song justice.

    Rain encore
This was the first show after a long layoff, as Jerry once again took time off to deal with health issues. Folks were ready for the band's return. Many of us Deadheads gathered at Brooklyn's bar, near McNichols, to enjoy tunes and brews before the show.Several folks put together an "Ain't No Time to Hate" campaign to protest Colorado's Amendment 2. This proposal to deny protection to the gay and lesbian community did pass; however, 3 years later the case reached the U.S.Supreme Court. Known as Romer vs Evans, our top court tossed out the amendment on May 20, 1996 (Scalia, Rehnquist & Thomas dissenting). Does anyone still have their sticker?

Brad and I drove my car from Kirksville to Denver to see the show. It was snowing and the parking lot was magical. At a mile high, balloons take on a whole different meaning. I picked up a very cool hat and gloves at this show that I still have. My kids laugh at the hat. We saw Greg P. at the show and that was a trip.
