    1980 such good music
Its too bad that the GD didnt perform dark star in 1980 . The dynamics of the band s playing that year , specifically 2nd sets and songs with jams would ve made a nice place for that song ( we had to wait til 1984 and then 1989 to hear them pull that song in particular out ] . Im just an enormous dark star fan : ) : ) I ve been enjoying a lot the Dark star the band played in Landover MD in 1993 - spring . Its a pretty , powerful and DEEP version . If the Deads concerts didnt posess depth , they probably dont merit much analysis or discussion . But their music which had depth , is for us the fans , the live releases etc * This 01 has been a favourite of mine ever since a friend turned me on to this great show back in 1993 i think - 18 years of age : )
