    HELP!!!

    I need help I have not gotten my Daves Picks 36! I have been a subscriber since Dave launched his series and I really do not want to miss out on 36!!! Please i have been trying to contact for over a week!

    FLAC purchase

    Am I the only one to pay as much as $150 for a FLAC box set and get nothing? I tried calling for help and they'd send me another link within the next 3 days. I asked for my money back and they told me I'd have to wait up to another week for that. Am I the only one? I want to hear the music, but I feel I am getting "jobbed".

    Just marked my 'Shows Attended'. Just go to the show page and mark as attended.

    Yes, that functionality got broken during a site update. It has been restored, but yeah, you do have to put your shows back in, regrettably. It should work now though; let me know if it does not. In order to add a show, find it in the show list and click Mark As Attended.

    This has been an issue for a very long time. The site doesn't recognize my password, and when I request a new password, it sends a link to my email address. I click on that, and I get a 'sorry, we're having technical difficulties' response and 'we're working on it' - so, i've never been able to comment (ever) :( Can you please help me solve this issue once and for all? thanks. I am using chrome right now, but I have the same problem with microsoft edge...

I get a dead link when I follow the full show downloads link for the 11/79 Spectrum shows - are these still available? The page I'm accessing is via Features -> New Full Show Downloads (near bottom of page) -> MORE DOWNLOAD INFO (right sidebar). I really hope these haven't gone the way of the rest of the download series (which I'm still trying to find a way to purchase in FLAC or ALAC format. Thanks, D

i have gotten about 20 messages in the last two days about a request to reset my password. Someone is obviously trying to steal my user name by getting the password reset. How can i make sure it doesn't get changed? I set up this ID early on day one of the new website launch as you can imagine my User name is a desirable one.

Jack Straw that is clearly someone trying to change it...be careful man, and make sure your password is both capitals, lower case, and a few numbers and has nothing to do with your home/house birthday etc. That sucks man...hopefull the techies can ping back the responses and get the IP addy the guy is using. yes, it does seem to be dysfunctional. I'll report it. However, from what I can tell, the problem is not on our site but the chat hosting site, and seeing as it's Labor Day Weekend things might stay this way till folks get back to work on Tuesday. Thanks.

2 of us have reported a problem today which persists--can you get it fixed ? We're now at day 5 since a new Jam Of The Week ought to have been posted. Still rocking the 2-4-2/10 Jam, now on 2/15. While I'm at it, the on Features page the main link, top and center of the page, points to a stale Taper's Section? It's pointing to 2/7-2/13, last week's selections. The new one has now been available for two days. Is anyone actually devoted to maintaining this site, as their primary responsibility? Or does someone just patch things up when marye brings them to their attention? I mean seriously. We have to *tell* you that your site is stale? We have to *tell* you that you haven't got Jam Of The Week up? Does nobody there actually browse the site??? Sorry to be so harsh, but I am actually curious what resources are devoted to site maintenance here. There's definitely an issue with staff levels or competencies. And whoever's in charge ought to have been shown the door ages ago. [mandatory_pander] But, of course, all the gracious goodies are appreciated, yadda, yadda... [/mandatory_pander]
