    The DEAD & NRPS *New shows*
    How does one get the following question in front of the the right person(s) for serious consideration and at least a response other than this poster having the bank to fund such a thing?? How do we make "The DEAD & NRPS @ RFK Stadium" and possibly other venues happen? I feel like from the turnout at the spring shows and the bowl you over frenzy happening at the New NRPS shows that this would be incredibly magical. For what it is worth, I do have personal access to legal help that knows the ins and out of concert promotion and production (i.e. Allmans, Lynard Skynard, and the like, but isn't necessarily a fan of these tunes, but is respectful. Thank you for your time and consideration of my questions. Never gonna leave this Brokedown Palace.....

    as I've said, not allowing free-for-all topic starting is simply a chaos management tool we adopted when we launched the site, and examples abound on other systems why this was a wise decision. I've already PMed you about your lost dog topic request and await developments; just upload your photo to fan pix and I'll get it rolling.     Why does it say that i am not alowed to post. im trying to network my lost dog here. i did so at ratdog.org and mostly got mean responses, so i am tryin this board in hopes of finding some grateful dead love, support and finding my dog, odessa.

    in the left hand column, click on My Inbox and it should take you to a page where the message is waiting for you. Within the message, there is a Reply button, and for that matter a space for you to reply. It should all be fairly clear, but holler if it is not.

    new and no computer skills
    hi my first show was in lincoln nebraska in 2/1973 and ive been a fan every sence any way i jest joined the site i cant figure out how to get the private masage to work it said i have a message i also wanted to send a private massage to an other member but i cant figure it out but im not very good on the computer please help if i can be helped

after you log in your user name appears on the right of the screen under whos online,above that you got options,my account,inbox etc click submit content and upload your pics bro.peace. just click on your user name to access your profile.

RE: 30 Days of Dead, I downloaded the song and listened to it once, where did it go? I can't find it any more, do I get to keep it? I don't know where it is on my computer, I think it went to a temp folder but I want to hear it again.Thanx.

If you do not know where you downloaded your file (it's the default place where ALL your downloads go if you didn't specify @ dload time)....I don't know if you have a MAC or WINBLOWS but just do a search for this~~~~> newspeedwayboogie Copy and paste that into your search and you will find the file...make sure that the date you put the file in was yesterday. CC: thanx, I have Windows. Did the search, "no file found." I have just downloaded today's Dark Star, and did it differently, I hit 'Save' the file, yesterday I did 'Open.' I must not have the newspeedwayboogie saved anywhere. Any chance I can get another chance to download newspeedwayboogie? Appreciate the help. :-)))

I can't get registered here ... about to give up. I tried to register as marshallstax but it keeps saying my email is already in use... it might be because due to getting replys in my spam folder I also registered as mstax. I WANT TO REGISTER AS MARSHALLSTAX NOT MSTAX!! Much more of your catch-22 games and I'll just give up... life's too short for the hassle just to get registered here!

I assure you that if you are posting as marshallstax you are duly registered. The system has been a little overtaxed since yesterday so you may have experienced some strange behavior, but it looks like it's working...

Click the Grateful Dead bar at the top of the page to get back to the homepage. Click the 30 Days of Dead link to get to today's page. Scroll down the page to the track of the day. Click Listen to stream and click Download to download. It seems to be working fine now; it may have been acting up when you tried earlier, so please try it again. Thanks.

I don't know if this question is in the right place but would it be possible to have back covers with track listings available for downloads also a track list of the show when you click on it before deciding to purchase would be a great help.

how much stickier you can get than a big honking link smack dab in the middle of the homepage... Now it is possible that something may not be working properly, but it's not like the page is invisible. I've noticed some issues this morning myself, and reported them.

Hi folks--

We knew you were going to love 30 Days of Dead. We may have underestimated how much.

The original plan, as we said in the beginning, was that each day's stream and download would only be available for that day. Well, demand was so high that many folks had trouble connecting and downloading, so we've kept each day's files available short-term while we addressed the technical issues.

Once we've got those issues resolved and the downloads are going smoothly, we'll be removing the archive of previous days' files. We will give an advance warning before we do this. Meanwhile, here's a list of links to date  so you can download what you may have missed. Thanks!

since I just clicked the Chinacat link in the post above and it is downloading as we speak... It doesn't load a page, it just starts the download. Check your download folder; you may actually have the file already.

I had an uncle who was kind of a hippie, and he took me to a free concert in Piedmont Park in Atlanta GA in July of 1973, right before my 13th birthday. I never remembered the name of the band, but I was drawn to the Dead as a college kid and saw them 126 times before Jerry passed. Well, a couple months ago, one of the shows played on the xm radio noon concert was from 7-7-1973, Atl GA. This show is not listed on the website, but I could swear that this was the show my uncle took me to. The story the dj on xm said was that the free concert happened the day after a really hot Allman Bros show and had something to do with the promoter showing his appreciation to the city's music fans. Can someone out there verify that show happened, and if so, how can I get a copy? Nothin' left to do but smile, smile, smile!

Hi,I'm a very new user of this site. I would like to know when I could send a new topic? This new topic is about the Willie Dixon song "the same thing", I just want to know if I could hear this song in a live or studio Dead's album?Till now I have only listen it in a live recording at Winterland Arena ,Dec 31st,1971 and sung by Pig Pen: majestic!! I would try buying what you need else where.. If you order here you will probably only get a partial order and be waiting for a response from the $$$ hungry people here.. I am still waiting to hear back about the missing CD from my order of Jerry's new album releases.. Ordered the bundle and only get one CD.. Now thats how a company can make $$$ only ship half the order.. Good luck to those who order from this sight..
