How about this? "Fans of a second-rate and justly forgotten Aussie rock band?"

I first saw The Rads at the Maple Leaf in New Orleans in 1986. Nothin' worse than a Fishead without a sense of humour ...

definitely check 'em out! Tech support is examining the time-warp bug as we speak, since rarely has a topic presented so many examples in such a short period of time.

The Radiators are the best live band around! You must see them if you haven't before. Their concerts are like big parties with great music - great audience, lots of fun. I just wish they were playing their usual SF venue, the Great American Music Hall, instead of the Independent, in October.

i did read what you posted. maybe you need to realize that in a medium such as this, sarcasm isn't exactly easily detected. hell, you could have at least put a damn " ;-) " after that first post.

here's a link to one of the recent shows from the Big Club in my neighborhood, where me & all my fishhead pals gather a couple times a year. hot Dew to open the 2nd set, followed by a nice Mighty Quinn to celebrate our pal Brian Quinn's birthday that night.

As you say it can be tricky - but I wasn't dissing the Radiators but an Aussie band with the same, a lame band at that. The archive shows have been my at-work bread and butter for the pasr coupla weeks.. Yummy.
