10/21 is right out of the vault. 10/28 is NOT the "Bertha" remix. If someone has the "Bertha" ready to circulate, step up now. As far as a new vine suggestion goes, lets do a 2/73 grouping.

One More Saturday Night (5:55) Warning: Set 1 is from a degraded SBD. There is a very high degree of oversaturation, especially at the beginning of the set, and decreasing by the middle of the set while still being evident throughout the SBD portion of the show. A better sounding recording of the 1st set almost certainly exists, but I have not seen this set anywhere in the digital realm (June 2002). Sound Forge was used to normalize and correct the pitch of the SBD portion. The 2nd set is provided by a very good audience recording, credited to Bear. Sound Forge was used for a slight pitch correction. Notes: --first few notes of Bertha are clipped --splice in BEW (probably not from master) --dropout in Tennessee Jed --splice in Truckin' @ 3:37 part of The Music Never Stopped Project 2002 Thanks to Paul Hartman & Thanks to Chris Masciangelo, for transfer of the 1st set to disc edits/encoding by J. Cotsman Setlist El Paso, Casey Jones, Dark Star, Johnny B. Goode Reviews April 11, 2005 Reviewer: Dennisw Subject: Wow! I'm sorry, what I meant was WOW!!! The first thing that jumps out about this one is that the drum mix is fantastic... it's like Billy is set up in my living room. Great show all the way around. Uncle John's Band (7:21) Notes: --This is an outstanding audience recording for the era, reportedly recorded by Bear on 7 inch open reels. This recording also sounds nearly too good to have 3 analog generations before the transfer to digital. --there were quite a few areas of diginoise during the first 2:20 of Bertha, and during portions of BTW, El Paso, and Sugaree. Sound Forge was used to stifle or remove many of them, though some are still somewhat abrasive. These flaws seem to exist on all CD copies of the show. --splice @ 5:58 in Bird Song --Playin' cuts in during the minor key jam; a large portion is missing --a higher gen (or alternate source) aud patch from 1:02 to 2:25 in NFA --Sound Forge was used for normalization and slight pitch corrections for certain sequences part of The Music Never Stopped Project 2002 Thanks to John Steinhaus edits/encoding by J. Hey everybody. I was a little farther up on the food chain. Got this Oct 2009. I have copies of the DVDs I got at that time. Sure enough, I tried to convert to wav, and these same tracks (Gd1972-10-17d3t6.shn and Gd1972-10-17d3t7.shn) give the following error: "file is truncated or otherwise corrupt"
