    Off the Bus
I punched my ticket and got off the bus after this show after seeing my first show in Pittsburg in June 1988.

    Also Last Show
It started for me in Nassau in 84 and ended after about thirty five shows at The Garden in 94. Interestingly it was my wife's only show. After dating a Head for nine years - she finally "brokedown" and came. She was not too into it - but then my buddy saved the day and brought us up to The Snapple Box in the sky. All ended well, including a Suger Mag ....

...it felt like they were building up into something epic, only to have them go into Way to Go Home. It was extrordinary to watch all of Madison Square Garden sigh and sit down in unison.

End of the line for me. Started at the Garden in '87, came full circle in '94. Happy to catch the Terrapin, and Brokedown is surely a good song to say was the last Grateful Dead song you ever caught. Fare thee well!

Had plenty of good times here with friends, drinking bass on tap in the bar in the garden at half time!!!, taping the shows and just having a blast in NYC. I am sure the band was pretty much doing the same :)

Last show for me... wow...what a long strange trip its been..I had a chuckle with Jerry years ago at jGB show at a roller skateing rink on LI..I asked him" when will it end?" He said ,"when it ends"..and smiled ..i laughed so hard, ,,that he laughed..i felt like I knew him forever...it was a moment in time,......15 years later I'm not any wiser..maybe a little more poorer...and definitely older..miss the good old days... I Miss Jerry Garcia.

Moved to NYC from California a month prior -- went to this show by myself. Had a blast. I remember thinking Bertha and Sugar Mag rocked. Miss you, Jerry.
