Peggy-O feels like Dylan, its traditional folk song
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bonnie_Lass_o%27_FyvieGood read here. Dylan with early recorded version; Dead made it their own 10+ years later reply as heard set one on TDIGDH! Lol. Great set. Peace.

glow in the dark hall spinners
at one point during crazy fingers? dark star jam? we were way up near the top twirling away in the back corner hallway. someone had broken open some glow sticks and we were smearing ourselves and each other with the luminous liquid (don't get it in your eyes!). it was very quiet, the crowd was hushed. the sounds of our breathing, bare feet on the floor and the rustle of clothing were louder than the band.

This is the only show I know of that had three Dylan songs covered by three different band members. The second set is just fantastic. The Darkstar jam after space started when Bruce sat down at this piano. He seemed to crack his knuckles, ease onto the bench and the magic just started. Phil was very animated to the rest of the band before Tom Thumb's, much to all of our enjoyment. As I remember, he seemed to count down the song for about three or four measures before the song began. All of the songs tonight also had great finesse and phrasing, pretty much as pretty as you can hope- even on songs like Watchtower and Victim.

I agree with the above post. Great show. Great run. To me, this run was the best post-Brent shows I personally attended. Every song was perfectly executed and this night had some real magic. Besides the obvious highlights mentioned above, I'll add that this very well is an all time great Birdsong. Possibly the best I witnessed. Jerry was in excellent form the entire run. Bruce shined. Everyone in the band put their best game on and it payed off. I can't possibly rave enough about this run which is a lot coming from me being a diehard Brent fan. Though I have nice recordings of this run, I believe these three shows would be great for an official release.

To many Knockin on heavens door closings for my liking. Richfield was always fun though.

Peggy-OTom Thumb's Watchtower Knockin' Jerry got two. But who's counting? This was a great show. Form what I saw (and now hear) the entire 1991 fall tour was pretty awesome. Oh, and am I the only one who feels that Bird Song is one of those rare GD songs that actually improved with age? I mean, I love the early versions, but there's no song from the 90's more consistently awesome than Bird Song.

The set is so good and the band sounds so hot that when Phil sings I'm heading to New York City I do believe I've had enough! It's not poking fun at this show.... They are heading to Madison Square Garden next. Phil having fun. Philitup!!

What a fun trip this was, VW bussin' from Radford VA, to Ohio had a Keggy-O of beer, and treats in the bus all along the way. Good friends together, where some of us had tix and others didn't; but we all ended up getting into the show. Peggy-O was done really well. Then the Phil chants rose up...we had heard in the parking lot Phil was gonna bust one out and boy did he! Great Bird Song 1st set closer. Second set was a treat as I got my first Terrapin so I was jazzed up. Space was crazy with the sounds guys moving Jerry's guitar around in circles and creating some great reverb effects. Then the Dark Star jam need I say more. People were crying when Jerry busted out a short but sweet Stella Blue. After the show we went to some campground a bit of a way out, but met some Canadian heads who partied late with us. Fun times all around!
