    Brent
It's interesting to hear Brent playing B3 on Row Jimmy and the first part of Let It Grow; he almost always played piano tones on those songs.

Boy, they were playing well. Jerry's voice was strong and his playing is tasty. The whole band was pumping at full steam!!! Enjoyable stuff.

    '84 Buckets
You gotta love those 1984 versions of "Hell in a Bucket" where Bobby's guitar always sounds like a wounded cat...in a good way! It's got everything to do with him leaning on the whammy-bar.

Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1984, and a double dose of Summer 1989.

First up this week is the entire first set from Ventura County Fairgrounds on 7/22/84, where we have Dancing In The Street> Bertha ; My Brother Esau ; Loser ; Cassidy; Ramble On Rose ; Hell In A Bucket> Keep Your Day Job.

Next is the end of the first set from the opening night at Alpine on 7/17/89, where we have Row Jimmy; When I Paint My Masterpiece; When Push Comes To Shove; The Music Never Stopped.

Lastly this week, from a couple of weeks later on 8/5/89 at Cal Expo, where we have One More Saturday Night ; Cold Rain And Snow ; We Can Run ; Stagger Lee ; Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again ; Row Jimmy ; Let It Grow, including a nifty OMSN opener.

Be sure to join us here next week for more music from the vault.
