    Best Playin I ever heard live...
    ...and a really cool post-drums Terrapin. As usual, people seemed bummed when it was apparent that Sugar Meg wouldn't be played on New Year''s again. A nice tradition I suppose, but the NFA the next night was so incredibly cool that I certainly wouldn't have traded it! "I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy."

    terrific show bottom to top, dominated by a truly MONSTER Playin in the Band. It's a wonder the arena didn't spin off into space - felt like it had!

Bruce Hornsby was on point. 9 song first set. Not many songs after "Drums" > "Space". I always enjoyed the shows on the 30th quite a bit.
