Hey now Matt, You might try digging through the setlists for the shows on the Vines forums, there's probably a couple of hundred shows there. It'll be time consuming though. ************************************************ I have a sigfile! --> www.kindveggieburritos.com ************************************************

    Compendiums cheaper than Amazon?
I'm wanting to get a set of the Tapers Compendium. New copies would be great, if available, but I guess they are out of print now. I'm looking for any or all three volumes + the addendum. Through Amazon there are sellers with used/very good condition books and Vol. 1 isn't too bad, but Vol. 2 is fifty to eighty dollars & Vol. 3 is nearly a hundred bucks. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're worth it but a hundred bucks for a paperback is kinda steep. If any of you folks know of a source for these I'd appreciate a personal msg. Thanks, MarkintheDark

Oh yea like you comment on you profile "looking for" me to got like ten more shows to add to list just can't remember which. Were they ever here at all. stay dead.

I was reading searching for people and "bulletproof" wrote a blog about "Dance your ass off" which remided me of something I have been looking fo for a while. Anyone remember the "DEADERCISE" t-shirts found at shows, think may have been 88, anyway I used to have one but like so many wore it till it fell of me. Tried google and all that but no luck. would love to find some. They had different dancing skeleton scenarios, kinda went along with the club dead stuff, which I can't find anymore either. i just love the whole deadercise concept just think about how many calories you burn per show what 3-4 hrs continuous movement what a deal. so if anybody knows sharethe knowledge thanx.

in the pamphlet that comes with 'Without a Net', there is a picture of Phil in a tie-dye (he's also wearing the red white & blue sweatband in this pic by Susana Millman )... I kick myself for not buying it from the vendor on that Spring '85 east coast tour... miracles can happen, cause I located the Not Fade Away people (one of them anyway) from New Paltz, and I was able to score one of the killer star shirts ! (also sold way back then) ... and recently a re-print of the MSG '83 Kelly shirt offered at that show (!!)

so if anyone knows where the artist is that made that shirt (and sold them in the mid 80's) or even makes them still .. please advise !!

(I even scored a Symmetria recently ,, if anyone recalls their unique work ;-)

I have questions on LP's on the Greatful Dead's label LP name Wake of the Flood, not the normal album cover this one is black and white with the drawing of a crow on a branch by Rick Griffin. Another LP on Sunflower label Historic Dead produced by Robert E. Cohen with the MGM logo on a Yellow label with a Sunflower in the word Sunflower. I never see these on album lists and was wondering are there many out there and is there a value to them?

But the Wake of the Flood might be a promo for radio and the like. Historic Dead was certainly floating around in the '80s because that's when I bought it; I defer to our scholars as to whether the tracks on it turned up later in official release.

I know this is a long shot, but I am looking for the Giants Boxed set. I really would like to have those shows in high quality format, and can't believe I slept on it. I thought it was in the store still (which it is, but sold out) and was bummed to find out it was sold out. Asked for it for my birthday, and alas, it is a no go. It is available on ebay but for like $400 which we definitely cannot do. Let me know :). Thanks!

Still searching for pictures, confirmation, conversation about some of the rarer, (or perhaps non-existent), Grateful Dead & related US 45's from the 60's & 70's... One More Saturday Night/Cassidy Stock-Copy? - Anthem of the Sun Radio Spots? Test Pressing/PROMO Pressing of the rumored 2nd 45 release from the 1st Dead LP - Sittin' on Top of the World / Minglewood Blues? - Happiness is Drumming/Razooli from the Diga Rhythm Band LP? Been chasing these records, and rumors of these records for decades now. Closest I have come is a release number for the Round Records single from the Diga Rhythm Band LP... anyone else out there to share details???

Hello,

I was listening to this show from the Spring 1990 box and I dropped the case and somehow cracked disc 2. I tried to recover the data from the disc with no luck and contacted Rhino but they were unable to help.

If anyone would be able to make me a copy of disc 2 I’d be happy to reimburse for postage and your time.

Thanks.

Hi, all. I'm looking for a huge offer of help. I'd like to get copies (via CD) of the entire GD download series from a few years ago. I have a list of them per Wikipedia's listing of them: there are about 15(+/-) shows. I would pay for CDs, shipping, jewel boxes or something similar, postage and something for your valuable time to transfer these shows to CD. Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from any of you out there. Thank you very much.

My older brother took me, first 2 dead shows and final concert with my brother. Changed my life and is the best memory I have before he turned into a China doll. We were one of those fools who stood In the rain and hail when the started into cold rain and snow just to be right at the stage for a 2 banger of a set. In his will had asked for some ashes to be put at the next Folsom show.unfortunately I haven’t got to fulfill that promise. But anything Anyone is willing to part with from that show would be something I’d treasure my whole life. Side note- I need a miracle for this year’s Colorado shows, or any shows… will provide transportation for any shows in North America

Hey all. I missed the release of the third glass in the series as I was in the hospital (yet again), and by the time I kind of came down of the iv painkillers for days, it was august 1st (miss ya Jerry) and of course the glasses were long sold out. Wish they made more than 1000! Seems like maybe 10,000 would be better since they e had to increase Dave’s production levels by 10,000 this year.

Anyway, if anyone wants or needs a #1, I’m happy to trade for #3 and I’ll even add some cash to it. The eBay prices are insanely ridiculous. Like $80+.

Please help and stay safe out there folks! Lots of love!

I have a brand new still in package #1 glass from Dave’s picks 37

Good Day!

First time messaging, girlfiend is a massive deadhead, and having a big impact on me, went to my first dead show and it was GREAT!

She saw this baseball hat that was the "rolling stones tongue" logo, but the colors of the tongue were filled in with the "Grateful Dead Skull" colors. I've been searching across the internet with no luck! Has anyone ever seen this before? Or have suggestions for where to look?

Thank you!

Collecting US and International pressings of DEAD Vinyl 7" & 12" since 1975 - still looking for info on a couple of mad RUMORS still floating around:
1) There was supposed to have been a 7' Single Release from the Mickey Hart- Diga Rhythm Band LP of "Razooli" b/w "Happiness is Drumming", have found several on-line references, but never seen or confirmed.
2) US Pressing Warner Bros. 7611 - 7" Olive-Green Label stock copy pressing of Bob Weir's "Cassidy" and "One More Saturday Night" from the "ACE" LP. - Lots of imports on the Green label, but no US Stock Copies ever seen or confirmed.
3) Warner Brothers 7" Promo Radio Spots for the "Anthem of the Sun" LP. This item shows up in the Warner Bros. promotional inventory, but has never appeared. - Finally did get a copy of the 7" Promo Spots for "AOXOMOXOA", which is listed in the same WB inventory as the "Anthem" radio spots, so I am hopeful that someone will have seen or owns this record.
Any help would be appreciated! ... Way Out West
