Dave eased me in!
I'm there and now listening to the complete show. Nice way to start the day off.
Thankfulness
in addition to making a lot of this month easy (so far), Dave and the band have led to me to many great shows i didn't know before.
there's been some smokers the last few days !
it's great to be back here again. thanks y'all !
Where do folks get setlists?
My go-to source online has been less reliable than usual lately.
Spiritwide
I use GDsets.com its an excellent site. Has notes under each show if there was something of note that day (i.e Jimi Hendrix died this day, first St Stephen in 8 years, etc) Plus it has setlist for individual members and posters. It's awesome
The SetList Program aka...
2nd vote for The SetList Program aka:
h t t p s colon slash slash w w w dot setlists dot net slash
As mentioned by other poster here. Good source for multiple song searching.
Hint: if any site gives you trouble or confusing results try searching only ONE word of the song title(s). A key word that will really narrow it down.
Have fun!

I usually use setlists dot net (it has a nice link to Archive at the bottom of the setlist), plus my old Deadbase VII if i want to narrow down the before/after sequence.
The whole show
Jerry just royally ripping, highly recommended to check the whole thing out.
Fantastic show
This is the second pick this year that's on my birthday...my fave right after 1989.
The whole set....?
Welcome to Part II of 30 Days of Dead where you have to guess the venue, date, and the entire set!
Dealing with It
Wow, I know I haven't listened to as many shows as other folk here, so maybe this is nothing out of the ordinary (however and if ever you can say the Dead were ordinary...!), but blimey Jerry's soloing on Deal is just magnificent!

Little bolt of inspiration
So inviting, a 5-pack of fun for our ears.
Kind of a gimme today. Not too many options for you hear that same sweet set of songs combined again.
Shouldn't take you too long Wondering what show to choose.
Must admit it's kind of frightening when the Day is this easy...
Thanks David, now I can go for a longer hike.
Knew this looked familiar
Already knew the show just by looking at the setlist and that it was part of a monster 1st set chock full of songs that were often rarities. One of my faves from that era.
Setlist source
Herbibot is a nice resource. It allows you to punch in consecutive songs, and has an imbedded player when you click on the show you want too. The embedded player doesn’t work on phones I don’t think though.
Low tech
Deadbase-X (a book, lol) was all that I needed for today's. Took less than 5 minutes and I didn't need to hear it. That is worrisomely easy as some have speculated.
Jerry really was ripping up that Deal UK Deadhead. He just got faster with time on those riffs he really knew by heart. His acoustic skills were impressive as he aged as well.
Cheers

I'm more lo-tech than you.....DeadBase IX, the hardcover version...........LOL.........I love it. A few posts back, somebody mentioned they use a DeadBase VII........do I hear a VI?..........how about a V?............does anyone use a DeadBase 1?
Thank you to our Veterans and families.
Your service and sacrifice is not forgotten.
What a fantastic grouping of tunes we get to enjoy today! Speaking of fans, there's some real livewires in the crowd at this concert. Not too difficult to pick this one out. Enjoy the rest of your day friends.
A lil book keeping
If you have been playing (Where and When) the last few days you might recall some questionable postings of the "correct answer" (regarding location). I was back tracking today to list the shows for my records and noticed the MSG is now listed as the correct location of the 94 "Samson>So Many Roads (No longer the Felt). Also the H was added to Pittsburgh Pa show in 79 (Easy To Love You, Minglewood, Althea). Not sure if others have mentioned the correction or even care but I was happy to see things set straight.
One typo remains
From Day 1: "...followed by Jerry's The Heel from his first sold album."

thanks dave for the underhand pitch for me.
The Candyman search
Not sure who but I think on Candyman search the answer was right here on this website. Dave hiding clues in plain sight. Again. It's Monday. BTW Happy Birthday whackaloonq.

Happy Bday Wackaloon!!
Hope you had a great day.
Don't know you (or maybe I do from all those long ago encounters, who knows...) but I know you from 30 days!!
And yes, I'm glad the H was added to the Stanley Theater Pittsburgh show--that really bothered me, but hey I'll smoke a joint and sleep more easily tonight knowing it's been fixed!
Jerry just royally ripping, highly recommended to check the whole thing out.
I start with deadlists and usually end up at the Archive.
Dang the last 3 days have been some ripper shows. Stellar set lists and off the chart performances.
Barovo!
