    Grateful Dead Hour no. 366

    Week of September 25, 1995

    Several people requested that I continue past the five-part Jerry Garcia memorial series with the next one, an all-music program featuring excerpts from (as it happens) my fourth Dead concert: August 24, 1972 at the Berkeley Community Theater.

    Grateful Dead 8/24/72 Berkeley Community Theater
    BIRD SONG
    DARK STAR->
    MORNING DEW

    You can browse or search the Grateful Dead Hour program logs on the GD Hour web site. Let me know if there's a particular program you'd like to hear, and feel free to post requests and comments here or by email to gdhour@dead.net

    Thanks for listening!

Love the Dark Star>Dew...your 4th show, my 20th day on this earth! I wouldnt see my first show for 15 years! Does God look down on the boys in the barroom Mainly forsaken but surely not judged? Jacks, kings, and aces, their faces in wine Do Lord deliver our kind

Thanks for playing 366 DG. These Dark Stars from July through November of '72 sound like no other. And go down very smoothly.
