It's a rare poster...
So it is most likely worth a considerable amount of money. SF Rock Posters on Powell St. may be able to give you an idea of the value of yer poster. Another suggestion is contacting TRPS.org, and make inquiries there...
Not a poster
Hey GC, I have one of these too! Its not a poster, though there is a poster with the skull and roses image which I also have. This hangs from the ceiling and is a two sided promotional tool from Arista records for the release of Terrapin. I've had it since about 78 when the local record store took it down once Terrapin was no longer a new release. I asked for it and they gave it to me for free, though I was a regular customer. I believe the other side has the dancing terrapins in the larger center portion, but will check when I get home. Googled it once and found only one available, but can't remember the price.
I too am not ready to part with it as it is priceless to me. Hangs proudly over the stereo right above a framed poster of Jerry from the cover of Rolling Stone (black and white) right after his passing. Also priceless. Terrapinnnn!!!!!
