ZZ Top - 'Fandango!'Roger Waters - 'Radio K.A.O.S.' MGMT - 'Oracular Spectacular', 'Congratulations', and 'Late Night Tales' That last MGMT record, 'Late Night Tales', is quite the gem. If you're not familiar with the series, it's an artist's playlist of his/her/their favorite late-night tunes by artists who influenced his/her/their music. Pretty cool stuff!

those are some fiiiine selections! The Pablo Moses starert is particularly scathing. I have a U-Roy disc on order expressly for Drive Her Home - I'm trying to build a Crucial Cuts Cd since it's not yet available. This is the last piece!

On the player is the new release by the music poet/sage of England (who now resides in Ireland) and it's called Man & Myth. His first release in the last 15 years of all-new material. Produced by the very talented musician Jonathan Wilson. Outstanding and inspiring music from start to finish! Roy is in fine form on this release, he's now over 70 and going strong. BTW, The remastered epic 1971 release Stormcock is an absolute wonder. You will hear things on this new remaster that you NEVER heard on the previous releases. Stormcock is the acoustic masterpiece that is considered by many (like me) to be Roy Harper's finest. Written in Big Sur when Roy was chillin' out for a few months in 1970 with new friends that he has remained close with for decades. And his most 'rock oriented' release from 1975 called "HQ" has now been properly remastered.
