Grateful Dead

From an old time Dead-head, new to this site, I hope each and everyone of you get the ticket choices you want...and get to go to the show of a life time, smiling from ear to ear. My thoughts drift to those awesome folks in the GDTSTOO office, sorting through the envelopes, looking at 3 x 5 index cards, checking money orders...looking at return addresses, gleaning the sincerity of each order, and having to make a decision: "They want this, they'll accept this, we got a couple of these, let's give 'em two of these over here, a couple of nosebleeds over there, and then killer seats right here!" For all of you working through the decisions, I wish for peace and love, for it is a daunting task. "Who gets what, how about him, what goes with this order", that's the stuff that makes all our dreams come true. So my hat's off to all of you...we love you, we care about you, and we wish you well. As an aside...I read one post a couple of days ago from a young (no-doubt) dead-head who said, "USPS money order? no way! I'm getting one from my bank, like I always do when I send money anywhere." Sorry Charlie, as they say...In this case, you're either on the bus with their guidelines, or you are off the bus...and I fear this time....tsk tsk tsk. So cheers, best wishes, and safe travels and good thoughts for all of you out there in cyberspace. Thank you Bob, Bill, Mickey and Phil and all the others who are putting it on the line for all of us...."You aren't just the best at what you do, you are the only ones who do what you do" as Bill Graham said many decades ago....peace and love to all. And again, a big thank you to the good folks putting all this together...You are awesome!
