    Chi Town needs 1 for each night
    Got a place not to far from Soldiers Field, we can crash there. Ive always lived in Chicago so I know it well. I was at the last 3 show in Chicago and I think it will be a spiritual experience, to see the last 3 shows.you can reply at tkcrazy@comcast.net

    Last Fair Deal in the City ...
    I fear there is little hope as the available tickets seem to be in the hands of those who do not understand what the whole scene is all about. Nevertheless, I would love to throw myself into the queue of those who have been shut out and would like to be otherwise. Looking for one to any or all Chicago and one for Merriweather. I will even provide transportation if you don't mind sitting on the back of a Harley (tongue in cheek, but have at it if you want to squeeze onto a little tiny seat pad).     Looking for 2 3 day passes for Chicago
    Had no luck with mail order. No luck with CID packages. And no love from ticketmaster. Would love to go general admission but will be stoked to be in anywhere. Will pay the fair price and can throw in some head candy. So many roads to Chicago...

    for some reason, decent coffee seemed to be sadly absent from the scene back in the olden days (when the venue had it at all, it was pretty awful, and for some reason lot vendors didn't really go in for it. But they would've been mobbed, at least by me and my friends...) As it was, we consumed a whole lot of chocolate-covered coffee beans at shows.

    If I were to get a ticket, then I would be tempted to drive down with a high end espresso machine to replace the old grilled cheese with some real coffee...provided the Koolaid doesn't cloud my judgement...Some great roasters in Chi-town so likely some amazing coffee to be brewed for my fellow heads here! (I don't have much to offer) :?

    Klangstone (I want to call you my buddy despite never having met you) has moved to the front of the line for possible miracles a) by being cool and b) constantly making sure people know he needs a ticket...I gave up after the first week of my double shut down because, well I suck... So here I go (again)...I am desperately seeking one ticket to any night (or all nights) to Chicago. I have been granted a miracle to go see the Dear Jerry shows after being shut out there (story of my life) and was so close to getting a Sunday ticket for face, but only asked for one so the tix went to someone willing to buy all four...that said, I will happily take two, but really only need one (if there are two, the second goes to Klang) but suffice it to say - we are desperate and hoping our brothers and sisters can help us out in anyway shape or form.     3 Night stay at the Hilton Magnificent mile for 2 tix each night
    Greetings fellow deadheads, I had the wherewithal to book two rooms at the Hilton Magnificent mile on the North side of downtown but not to mail order; was to busy. Anyway the rooms are normally about 300 a night on a normal weekend. I am hoping to trade the room which is 2 double beds for 2 tix each night and am willing to negotiate. Hey now g d family, hope all is extremely well, I was wanting to get 2 for sat tower, I'll need to barter probably, to make it happen cause no steady job only work a day here and there. I can pony up 1 or 2 first edition ( I think 12_31_96 and another 96 ) bottles of dead red n/a wine also a g d book or 2 also unworn black T-shirt from 95 image of jer and dates and walstib . Im a good laborer and id come and work off the tix money too. I live in jersey just east of Philly. I am looking for 2 tickets for Rat Dog either the 2/17 or 2/18 at the Lincoln Theatre, I can pay cash or through pay pal.....OR I have tickets for David Crosby at the Barnes of Wolf Trap on March 25th in row L (orch). I'm a long time Deadhead, 1st show Rochester 1977, I sent in my money order for the 50th reuion shows and was shut out. Looking for two tickets to any night so I can take my daughter to her first show. She has grown up listening to the Dead and really wants to go.Thanks in advance Chris

Was there an issue with the MO or did they just say there weren't tickets available? Did they give a reason? I'm nervous. Want tix but odds are against getting them via mail order. Wish we could all get in.

No issue with the money order...just too many requests I guess. Am going to try ticketmaster on Saturday morning. Just want to keep all options open. I would love to go to a show with my daughter.

I see many of you have the same plan. My first show was Alpine 1985- Twenty Years so Far tour. That night and the many shows thereafter changed everything about me (all for the better of course). I too was hoping to share this incredible experience with my little girl. Spent the first 10 years of her life singing "Monkey and the Engineer" with her at bed time. Just this past X-Mas I bought her a music box and loaded this song into it. Now whenever she wants to think of me all she needs to do is lift the cover. Tears were streaming down her pretty little face. Let's all take care of each other....those with extra please share? I have not recieved my pinky yet....so I still have some hope. But even if I do score MO tickets I plan to do the dreaded Ticketmaster thing too. I want to do my share of keeping these little pieces of paper worth thier weight in gold out of the hands of those profiteers who quite frankly have created this whole mess to begin with. If the TM gods are with me - I will share these with some of you. All I want to do is bring my girl to one show. Any other tickets I score will be offered to you, my brothers and sisters! Peace All

Ever since these shows were announced I have been holding on to a dream of sharing a gd experience with my wife and two kids.albeit I have seen 100 plus shows in my day, sharing this experience as a family would be truly amazing. So If there such a chance that you scored 4 Xtra for Sunday I would be truly grateful.

Hoping to get my hands on tix - tried the mail order thing for two days (didnt want to be greedy) and possibly shut out. Will try Saturday (like everyone else), but will take what I can get so some bleeding heart out there that hates scalpers too...I am in need for two tix any night. Ok I am so happy , both my friend and I sent in orders for tickets for all 3 nights we both scored !! We have a couple who we are giving them the extra 3 tickets , they needed a miracle since the got that pink slip. I wanted to go so badly I bought 4 tickets through Barginseat.com. I now have 4 tickets for Sunday show I want to get to someone. No profit just what I paid for them if interested shoot me a message . By the way they are not cheap $380.00 each . good luck see you at the shows !!1

Hi there, Scottish Deadhead for over 45 years, unable to participate in mail order offers, would gratefully receive tickets for any or all of the shows for my wife and myself (2).
