started by D00Dah Roscoe Maples '73 Vine I'd like to offer this one up to the Vine, it's the Roscoe Maples Pavilion at Stanford University, 2-9-73. I've read that this show featured the first appearance of the "Wall Of Sound", although much of it was blown out by show's end (just what I've heard). What IS documented on this show are the first performances of SEVEN Jerry tunes, noted (*) in info below. DH 85 got 'em to me today and they'll be srumble's way shortlay. Don'tforget, the 35th anniversary for this awesome show is right around the corner - be the next one to call it yours. The debuts for Loose Lucy, Here Come Sunshine, Eyes of the World, China Doll & Wave That Flag are all here, too. Recieved this vine

I had received this vine last Thursday but was swamped with work. (Major server crash) So they sat here on the desk until now. When I opened the package from Kim, I was blown away with the love that someone put into this show. WOW. The discs are packaged in there own jewel cases, each with unique art work and set lists. Very nice. Thanks to DOODah for the seeds and thanks the rest of you for the love of the music. The discs are copied, packaged and waiting to move on down the line. Who is next? Maples has arrived in Kansas: will image the discs and send out Tuesday, 1/13. I'll search my mailbox for the next recipient's address. I, too, hold Eyes of the World in my top 3 song list, w St Stephen and Standing On the Moon. 1973 thru 1975 Eyes certainly are jazzy.

...for all of the great tunes I have recvd and have yet to recv....i now have more than I can listen to ....i need to take a week of vacation and just listen to shows all day everyday....i love it....its great not to be relistening to the same shows over and over...not that doing that was a bad thing at all....good times nonetheless....but now i'm getting loaded with awesome, fresh shows to feed my head with...lovin it!!!
