    So I'm sitting here at work, listening to some Jerry and once again I'm reminded why I love his playing so much. The sincerity, tenacity,and authenticity of his playing just floors me sometimes. Every push, pull, slide, or bend of a string means something. Trey better deliver. I'll be smuggling tomatoes into Soldier Field just in I need to add some vegetables to some noodling. I'm hoping for a 3 course meal with dessert though. And them ain't no rotten tomotoes from the back of the dus either, but maybe some leftover picnic goodies. Like Ma always says, waste not, want not. Home is where the heart is.

    sorry, was on autopilot whilst meeting with my union rep and reviewing the fine print of my SD contract.....but I first had to retrieve my spectacles.... Let's see..... Job description dus briver Job requirements buying all my underwear at K Mart, being an excellent briver, have quick ability to react, a sound command of the musical and lyrical landscapes of this great land from sea to shining sea......and a good sense of which way the wind does blow.... Suggested skills sublime coffee making ability....no where does it specify any other potable, potent or not... I can however offer a shot of empathy, compassion, peace, love, understanding and humility....to any and all who choose to accept it.....otherwise it's BYOB....and smoke em if you got 'em. I also offer hugs (not mugs) for people, puppers, and pugs... not drugs.... Klang....bus is way chill...coffee is steaming hot..... Hold on.....let me put a nickel in that jukebox..... And it looks like rain, and it feels like rain.....Oooohhhh here comes the rain...... and thank you Totes.....I get my love at home..... Mr. MD......back to the mines...... Wets coming down, but its opening day here in Baltimore. 3:00pm EST start to the dismantling of the Pride of Canadian Baseball (shots fired!). So I'll be in the stands for first pitch with my phone tuned to KFOG for the hopefully big announcement.. TFONTS - How was the Jimmy & the Reefers? Looked like a pretty solid setlist.

Here yee....here yee (can I borrow that, Geo?) VOL. IVX; No. 1 email is in your morning in-boxes. Gotta say, the Palm Beach parrot heads and the parking scene lot at The Cruzan was on fire yesterday. Super fun show by our home town boy too. Hey, it's Dad's Weekend up at FSU this weekend so I'm jumping in the truck and making that six hour drive north to Tallahassee to hang with my kid, slam beers in his frat house, and really get an accurate picture of how my tuition dollars are being spent :-) Love you all ! I've got a hotel lined up for the late June Towering Waltons shows at Levi's Stadium--learned my lesson on accommodations. I just hope if something is announced it will be on the leaked weekend. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

I wonder if Jimmy still has that CA license plate. As I mentioned many moons ago, I'm gonna go with Caution Jam>Jack Straw. Why? Because it will give Trey a chance to find a groove with the others and if it is correct, it would be an excuse to buy a SuperDuperPowerBall lotto ticket. Those Midwesterners have the multi-millions lottery experience down pat. First thing I'd buy is a ticket for Klang to Sunday night's show. Hells yeah.

We miss him and can't seem to beat the Blues without him. He needs to heal faster. Don't have anything but supernatural fixes for the Jerry void...unfortunately. And time does't seem to heal the wound.
